Exactly missingyou. Its the same with my case also. Dono what the hell they r doing with our files ( why shud it take this much time.. what background verification.......... so horrible!! They r not even replying to our enquiries.

As usual they think my marriage was not real and my lawyer didnt' pay too much attention on wedding pic speciall they phera's pic and when we had interview we forgot to take the album. So at the end we had to appeal and we won at ADR which only took 10mins for them to find out if our marriage was real or not. then they sent our file back to ND in october. They do not ask for pp until they are ready to stamp visa because they most likely only do formal paper work since they are convince that our relationship is real since we won at appeal. But my concern is, why does it take so long for them to do paper work and medical and backgroud check.

i want this wait to be over now, I had such high expectations, as per observing everyone else, case, I thought my wife would have been here by diwali last year, then i thought christmas, now I am thinking valentines day.....hahahaha, i just have high expectations. one thing is very strange, they updated ECAS on Jan 25, for almost everyone, with a generic posting saying file is received, and medicals received. why? so people that applied in late dec, early jan, also go that. What is the meaning behind it? So frustrated, all i can think of is why why why....and I cant come up with any answers :'(

anything is worth trying i guess we all need money and they need money to i think every person is corrupt why can't they be. I am sure they take money but just needs to find out how they would take it. Any suggestion i am so frustrated to get my spouse visa.

u knw missingyou, that generic response is fake. I was checking skillied workers thread.. It seems for one of the guys who has not even done medicals, he has got the ecas as Medicals received lol

And he has sent email to CHC, and they ve accepted that its an ecas error. So am sure its a generic response. Also for one of the ppl, unde family class, they ve suddenly removed Medical results received from the ecas it seems. So fishy!

With there stupidity, our bodies take a toll, high bp, suger, stress, sleepless nights, and much more. At this point nothing is making sense to me. What ever happened to the 2 to 3 month visa turn around that they were doing. What I dont understand is when I went to MP, ND told them interview is waived, and waiting for med results, now they have med results since jan 25, what the hell are they now waiting for. If they were waiting for med results, couldn't they complete the rest of the process? This is so long, going to be 6 months without being with my spouse. It is really hard, can't sleep at night any more. Since Sept 28-2010, they have my file, and only touched it mid December, when they asked for PPR. so 3 months collecting dust, and 1.5 months since they have PP. At this point i am very frustrated, and dont know what to do, i cannot play this waiting game anymore. :'( :'( :'( :'(

missingyou we all can feel the pain of each other but ND ppl either not human or dont know the thingcalled HUMANITY. :'(DONT GET UPSET THINK ABT BEST FUTURE ,,,DO BEST FOR U AND UR WIFE,,,,dont think tooo much ,,,if they want to deny they directly refuse the applications stating reason on tht,,,but in our cases wht i think ,,,is there must be 2 reason,,,
A)all of us shares almost same timeline tht time they might have busy in catching their deadlines
B)they find our marriages suspicious reason cud be anything
its so unpredictablt,,,
i wish we also wud have opportunity to take interview of the officers if they r delaying our applications ,,,not issuing visa,,,PPR or whtever

I dont think so.. They ask for ppt as soon as they open the file. Then only they decide whether to call for interview or not or whether to ask for more docs. We have seen them asking for ppt 1st, and then calling for interview or asking for more docs for so many ppl in this thread right? Did u do any CSQ and find out why they r not asking for ppt? Do u knw the reason behind it? U can order CAIPS notes from MPs.

Hi Sanyrog,

Are our members of parliament able to help us with our sponsorship case? What kind of information can they obtain from the CHC in ND? Also, when we meet them what information should we tell them? And lastly, your refer to obtaining CAIPS notes from MPs...what are CAIPS notes. Sorry for all these questions. I hope you are able to provide me some insight as I am just beginning my process. Thank you very much.

but y they need to do tht also if u won the appeal ,,,it means relationship is genuine,,,while 1st application they wud have done BC AND MED'S ALREADY ON THT BASIS ONLY THEY WUD HAVE TAKEN DECISION ,,,,its really strange if they have done everything already and then they just need to have applicants passport and stamp the visa and very next day they shud issue it,,,it seem they r not convinced with their own rules and regulations
