I think the problem with appeal is ppl forget that if u win appeal it just means that ur entire file goes back to the Visa office with the new proof and a new officer that is suppose to be unbias to iit re-examinez the whole file again for a decision. They dont pick it up from where it left off. so thats why theres a delay.

this wht i am telling the problem is with the working system,,,,1st they take 3-6 months time to decide whether we shud get visa or not,,,if they refuse thn appeal takes time,,,and thn we win thn it again go under same procedure ,,,whts the meaning of appeal wht we have got after so much of mental and physical stress ????another 4-6 months wait???????
there so many loops in the process which is certainly waste of time and whole lot of financial losses

I think they just send file and ask them to continue with processing. Well that is what the letter said when I won the ADR. They typed up the letter infront of me and asked my lawyer to sign. Letter said that I had provided enough proof to convince them that my relationship is real and they should continue processing my file. Now its been 5th month running since that day, and here I am still waiting.

Yeah sorry, you are right. I read it again on the IRB. So the original decision is set aside, and it is sent back to the VO and to a new officer (for impartiality) who continues processing it. And then just to make everyone feel better, it says something to the effect of how it can be denied on another issue. *Dough heads, like I know they got to tell up the possibility but its like an ominous warning* Anyways, I guess it takes too long the second time because they are "looking" for that second issue....

Urgent !!!!!!!! Please help me out especially the expereined one's whoz application in processing status. i have asked my lawer about PPR letter that majority of people getting that right after the file transferred to ND. he is like never possible they take 45 days for processing then they send the letter for asking pp. it's very confusion.

As posted by sep and Nov folks if no PPR that means they will not touch the file. i'm loosing my patience now . i havn't received PPR this week.

How would i know if they already process my file that way i know at least they r working on it? yes it is showing in process in betweek columns. can you guys advise ? kindly paste the status whoz file in processing either one waiting to be process.

@ Panda , what you have at the moment. we have same timeline.

If it shows In process, then definitely they are processing ur file,and ur PPR is def on the way. Dont worry. If they have not even touched ur file, it will say Not available. Well, thats what it showed for us, for 3 months.

Yea don't sweat it. I got PPR but mine is not even showing in process yet. In fact somewhere on the letter it says that the PPR doesnt mean my husband will get his visa and until he turns his passport in they wont continue processing. So Im sure urs in coming.

My file only got to ND on the 17th and letter was sent on the 25th and received a week later in India. (sorry I use my alot but its my husband's).

dont kno sanyrog i really cant find out the reason of delay,,,,i sent e-mail not CSQ yet,,,but they didnt reply to tht also,,,,,i have requested thm if they will need more time thn they shud let me know ,,,me and my husband wants to stay together now at any cost,,,,if they dont send visa in ths month thn my husband will coe back to India ,,,,we will stay here till i get it thn we will go back to his dream land
