When was the last time you ask ND update? It usually doesn't take that long from uk.

Thanks for the revert....yes i m submitting Notice of Assessment for both year 2010 and 2011 with T4's as well...i dont want to wait for C print out cos its already very late...hope the above are more then enough along with my paystubs and letter from employer

What year is your notice of assessment for? if it is 2010, it should be ok, i dont think you really need option c or explanation in that case. you can call Canada Revenue Agency though and ask for option c for that year and they will send it to your Canadian address in 2 weeks.

1st week in march
the girl who came to gimme my pp also told me tht bc r still going on but the way she replied me i dont think she had knowledge abt it
look at abad case his file came to nd in june n in march 2012 his bc were done, he was also in uk for 3 yrs, my bc was started in september 2011 so :

mate search on internet n ull get many, better is if u search ur own as ur req. 2,3,4 or 5 star

Why don't you guys do a hotel search near the embassy? I don't live in India, but I don't think many people on here live in ND to tell you that.

Have you figured out why your wife may have gotten an interview?

Wait a minute.... Yours went to "In Process" before them getting your passport?? That is unusual.

Anyway, like I said- just type out a letter saying that "Since my address is outside of India- To mail the passport back, please use this address (put in the India address). And then put your full name down, along with your sponsor's full name and then put in your Immigration # and the UCI#, so that if for some reason the paper gets separated from the passport, they will know who the address belongs to, and what it is for.

Thanks for the info. Yeah even I was surprised. Today I also received an email from cic asking me to submit my passport by June 1.

i think that should work and write one explanation letter also(atating that you have just called CRA for option-c and dont want to waste 2-3 weeks waiting for that so i will send option-c later if you want)

Friends...If you remember last week I posted saying I sent an email to my MP and then she responded saying she will get back to me blah blah blah...

I just got an email from her saying this.

"Hi Srinivas,

Please send your telephone number so we can call you and provide an update regarding your case.

Thank you."

I am chewing off all my nails now awaiting her call. Hopefully it would not be something that disturbs me...Please pray...
