I m thinking to go on 25th to ND embassy n ask them abt whts going on?????

congrats!!!!!! after an year they ask for passport, did u ask them if they ready to give u visa or u still have to wait....
i mean wht did u talk to VO on the fone, hope u don't mind sharing it!!!

yeah, the phone no. is 011 4178 2000

the officer said to me that we have already sent u a letter in nov about the passport request, which i dint get.i told him that i dint get any of the information, letter by the high commision.
then he asked my correspondence address, i gave him that and he told that email me ur correspondence address or fax at high commssion.
and send ur passport at the earliest.

i said okk..., i am really excited taht i got my PPr after such a long wait......

going to ND is just waste .............as they dont meet personally anyone without appointment and you might know this well as you had been there for interview

would suggest rather you mail them or write them case specific query regarding your application
that would i suggest you

even i am waiting for their reply from such a long time
it is allowed appeal proved genuineness of relation, no adverse background, no sponsorship issue or no travel history ..............even though it is taking so long

you should have really asked VO why it is taking so long then the normal processing time

it seems to be one year from the date you applied from your timeline

i did email them so many times+ our lawyer also email n fax ND but they are not replying back....
my medical already expired...

Have you thought about ordering GCMS notes? Did you do that for your interview? We just did it today and it's super easy, fill out 3 short forms and email it to them and you get the notes back in 30 days or less. From my understanding the notes should record every time an officer looks at your file (or brings it forward), so it should give some idea of what is happening. Think about it, it's only $5...
