Are you sure the $490 RPRF was not included in your application fee? (Total $1040?). I will be surprised if AVO does not ask for proof of RPRF in your PPR e-mail if you have not already paid it. As far as I know, the visa will not be granted until the appropriate fees are paid. Check your receipt and see if you have not already paid.
