Wow i never saw this message but in any case if u were asked to appeal dnt get discouraged,people win all the time,just start the process or u can decide to start the process all over again,let us know how it goes and see how we can contribute

If they were sent an email that they were refused they would also get info on how to appeal. It is important that accurate information be giving to people. It is hard enough to be refused but to miss the window for an appeal should that be their next step (because of misinformation) would be an even bigger set back.

When we got the email from them it also said we have 30 days to provide them with more proof so a final decision can be made.

No it just said based on the evidence provided...... You have 30 days from the date of this letter to submit additional information so a final decision can be made. Then they said this will be your only opportunity to submit additional information.

Okay no problem. I just saw this message....Based on the evidence that you provided I am not satisfied that your marriage is genuine and/or that the primary reason for the marriage is other than for the purpose of you gaining admission to Canada. As a result, for the purpose of the regulations, you may not be considered to be a member of the family class. I was giving information based on that. I didn't realize there was more attached to it. Sorry about that. I would hate for someone to be given wrong information. ;D

I got my GCMS notes last week and it says the medicals received, the RPRF fee is also received and proof of relationship provided (an Officer had this note).

It says the application is in progress in Accra since Nov 14 2014 but...

Criminality and Back Ground checks says NOT STARTED, but the due date for both of them was Nov 24 2014. The notes were generated on Dec 2 so maybe they didn't have a chance to update. Eligibility is also not started.

It seems like we should hear something soon since the due dates have passed and it's in progress for well over a month.

My wife is a caregiver in Canada. We filed our application in April 2014 and she already has her owp and AIP in June and August respectively. My file was transferred to AVO for MR since August 1 2014 and since then we have not heard from accra. But I heard that they are still processing July 2014 applications so hopefully before end of February 2015 , they might start working on August files. Please what is your timelines?

I'm in the family class category sponsoring my wife. I guess your guess is a bit different.

I applied on September 10th and got my SA approval on Oct 27.

Haven't heard anything since.

How do you know they're working on July?

Amaechidez for the live in caregiver program category, the processing takes longer than the family class. Check your ecas about the processing timeline....
