oh because it was prepaid evelope they didn't contact us again after the ppr , remember I was saying I doubt if they would. Well we just kept tracking after we saw decision made on Ecas , and called Dhl , three days ago the tracking showed Dhl picked it up so I walked in yesterday for it . It was huge so I was wondering lol but I realized they sent our pictures and other evidence back to us . Which is good we are trying to avoid applying for USA transit visa but flight passing through USA seem cheaper . We found one that goes to holland for 1900 or 2000, we are still looking to see if we can find something that doesn't pass through USA for less , but if we don't I will just buy it we didnt come this far to be worried abt flight prices, I can't wait to see my wife and son . How is it going for you ?

Oga Obroni, Do you plan on booking return ticket for you wife and kid? I booked one-way just to be safe.
But it looks like two-way is usually cheaper ticket

we didn't find anything cheap that does not pass through USA , it all goes through USA and to go through there I need a transit visa, I need to apply, go through appointment/ interviews blah blah blah. The cost of getting a transit visa and. Using Amsterdam route is about 160 or less, and so I didn't want to waste time going through all that especially when it can be denied , and I loose the application fee. I rather use the time to Pack stuff, spend time with family and friends , try to see if I can sell out some stuff that I don't need . My wife and son are in Canada so it just me and it one way we found

yeah I was so excited but couldn't express it on the forum , I kind of feel at times I do not come out right and that upset some people or misunderstand my intentions. The joy and excitement I use to have when I come here the forum to share something has changed a bit I guess .i am so greatefull though . it should be in the letter you recieved . Yes ecas is the online status update. You can order a note after two or three months of accra recieving your applucation too , It will let uou have an idea if theyve opened your package and their comments on it , or if interview will be required. it 5 dollars For now continue to use your info to check Ecas if you can't find it and don't worry about anything. Continue to gather more prove of continuous relastionship , eg your chats after you sent the application , phone bills and evidence if travel or meeting with your spouse after sending the application , you might need that when they request for interview , I pray you go through without interview though .. I know that feeling , it crazy especially when you are kept in the dark untill when they want to say something to you . Trust me you will go through just like us and at the end you are going to have the last laugh. When it get to two months after you got SA you will feel much better knowing you will hear something soon. Everything is gonna be alright

it called gcms note , it gives you an idea what the visa officer is saying about your case, what they've done so far , etc, it 5 dollars and takes 30 days to get. The applicant will have to sign a consent form , scan and send it up you in Canada to order, select email so that you can receive it through your email . If they haven't started working on your file you may not see much written , But it really helpful . Below is a link to order it .you can order one later if you want http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp I don't know why it not helighting blue , copy and past and lemme know if you it comes up or if you have any difficulty . Apply it online coz it faster . All the instructions are there
