they have asked for the following

1. new application for permanent residence IM0008
2. Schedule A- background/declaration IM5669
3. Suppementary information - your travels IM5562
4. new additional family information form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
5. coppy of passport title page fro each applicants
6. completed military questionnaire for each applicants who has completed more then mandatory military service. for all applicants with any military service , please provide a copy of military card or military exemption card.

do i have to provide point 6. as we dont have any military service.

there will be a military questionair form attached with ur correspondance from London...........U Must fill it and provide it alongwith other asked documents.......if u dont hav any military history state N/A or NONE in its empty spaces and write in remarks that u had never served for military.....

dears i have just realised that in my last application which i had sent to PVO at the time of MR I missed to write that i had visited Germany in 2012 for around 2 weeks. what do you think i should do. forget about it or inform someone.

what is the best way to inform.

In my opinion, it is better to send them the form again filled with correct information along with an explanation letter. At this stage background checks are done. It might delay your case a little bit but better not to take any risk.

Send me test email on my email (smsh.canada @ yahoo.com) and I will send you the blank military form which I received in April with my UDR so provide them whatever you can now!
Along with all explanation please also attach a copy of any slip/receipt from passport department that is under process... Do not delay a single day... Dispatch the docs and send them the same cover letter by email and provide them DHL/ courier AWB copy as a proof that it is gone from your end...
You must send them cover letter also by email because otherwise there is a chance that your hard copies are not entered in system for a long time and they can close your case from in process
My opinion you have a very bright chance that CIC will understand your request
