Thanks Big B ... Dear very simple calculation is left now .. CIC is currently consulting with Canadians of thier inputs to set immigration level for the following year.

This window will be closed in 31st August. Following is the source for your reference.

So August will close with inputs, September for compiling results and may be by end of September or start of October CIC will start sending next year targets to all visa offices's prgram managers. So I personally big big hope the month of October.

A report on the consultations will be available on this website by winter 2014.
it looks that this consultation has nothing to do with us & this report will be used for next 5 years immigration planning...
We are already eligible (status passed/selected) for immigration however it can only delay our cases if majority will say to reduce to quota from year 2014 especially big stakeholders in Canada...but again this consultation can not force CIC to reduce the quota...it is just a way understand the country/market needs...

Now u re saying "OCT 2013, we ll get MR"....I'm again saying we won't ...wait for MR in 2014....Keep tellin u, "I have a bad habit of being right"...u should know by now

I agree with Zesshans, because mostly VO are processing in the Batches, and one time they are issung MR and next time they are issuing PPR etc.

Mean by allotting new file numbers "E" they are making another batch.

Dear All,
Still I have to see my GCMS in details but a small summary of my understanding so far...
Your comments would be appreciated...

My hope was high in August due to some applicant's BFD in August but they started receiving B to E upgrade instead of MR all of them are CAIPS holders....
And After receiving my GCMS without change in due date I can give me comments as below:
As per my GCMS location of my paper file is now under BZ2 what does that means? Any idea about this new mystry!!!
If we take it positive then there is a possibility that all people with BZ2 location as per latest CAIPS/GCMS will get MR soon in this year insha Allah ...and there can be one due date in background of of BZ2 code
Or they may select some for MR like last year and remaining will get a new BFD/Due Date of 2014 Q1/Q2
Have a look on histoy and I will not be surprised if they repeat it from October as MR rain was started from October last year...See FACTS as per our database!
MR distribution started in October and was continued till mid of 2013...Now Jimmy paa Jee...my heart started beating again with a little hope !!!

As I said before you don't need another BFD they will just the MR and will give another BFD after sending MR, your file us fine and IO doesn't have to see it your file was checked for updated information on your BFD in May because your documents reached there before that BFD, BZ2 is another shelf of file location that's it nothing else since you order your GCMS early so you will not find any information or they might have given you BFD after your 4 months of UDR, this is the right time for you to order CAIPS, just count 4 years from the date if your initial application to get PPR

i received the updated documents submission letter on 28th feb 2013, somebody from my home received this letter and forgot to inform me. now on 18-08-2013 i found this letter stating the submission of documents within 60 days, as i am already very late in submission and did not sent my document to them, could any one please recommend what should i do????

Well, it was unfotunate. What is your e-case status showing? You must send them the updated documents with an explanation letter by giving them the facts that the letter was received but not reached to you. Humbly request them to accept your documents (or open your case if it is already closed). Many people get their cases re-considered in such a way... Do now worry and try your luck... I hope that it would be fine.
