You're from MI-1 batch

Dear All,

AOA & GM,

Fresh bulletin :)

1. Got my GCMS just in 2 weeks after applying….normally it takes 4-5 weeks in the past. ---which means that CIC has less load of work
2. Red status Line from e-CAS disappeared this morning. – which means that soon status will be available to all
3. I still can’t access my online status….Ya Allah karam kar
4. Yesterday I have received my GCMS with below comments & my last GCMS was received in end of Sep 2012

Thanks for requesting your GCMS notes once again through CAIPS FileCheck - we received your new file today and I attach it in pdf format as usual.

I am afraid that it doesn't appear that much if any progress has been made on your case since our last request - hopefully once the '6-12 month' delay is passed in April/May you will hear some good news from CIC

So far no progress and no regress….which is in fact is not bad news except time waste…so case is still alive and breathing…

Insha Allah good news is very close….& if they want to transfer my file to Paris/USA…I don’t mind as far as I get my visa…
Ab to mujhay who gana yaad anay laga hai….

Gunghroo ki tarah bajta hi raha hoon main….
Kabhi CIO Main/ Kabhi LVO Main/ Kabhi Paris Main…
Bhatakta hi raha hoon maiiiiinnnniiiieee

Wassalam,
SMSH

Bro, one last thing about this paris issue ...

The 'linked-in' guy of yours , told us that the email he got from paris has same address as london email, just has 'paris' in the start...so the email should be :

paris-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

Funny thing is, This email does not exist on google....hmmm...

Here is french chc site:
http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/france/contact-us_contactez-nous.aspx?lang=eng&view=d

The email u click shows u this address:
paris_webmaster @ international.gc.ca

Could it be that he got a spam mail ?? Althought the email he read out was pretty detailed and mentioned all docs requested with weblinks....but I felt something about it did NOT feel right....

just saying this coz , 2Calgary also got a spam mail last week, that "your background checks have started from 14th Feb, 2013", from a fake random address :) even though he did medicals 5 months back..so it was spam...(Previously, He got an email reply 3 weeks back, to his csi, from the REAL london office that his background check r going on"....so these hackers r there too)

But then again...some forum memebers also have paris in their ecase...anyways...screw this bukwaas....we ll find out soon...let's wait for something OFFICIAL on website OR till our own forum members get such emails from paris.

Jimmy,

paris_webmaster @ international.gc.ca

is not the email of visa section in CHC Paris. It is for general enquiries.

If CHC Paris has an email for visa related enquiries such as permanent residents like us, email should be

Paris-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

If any one want to contact Paris visa office should use this web form on CHC Paris website

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/france/visas/enquiry-how_demande-comment.aspx?view=d

https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=paris

…by e-mail

Use one of our webforms to send an e-mail to the visa office in Paris for both general and case specific enquiries.

For case specific enquiries regarding applications being processed in Paris
For an enquiry regarding a temporary stay in Canada (tourist, business trip, transit, study, temporary work)
For an enquiry regarding permanent residence in Canada

As for reliabiltiy, zeeshan made proper contact with him only ONCE, yesterday, and all this info is based upon that ONE time contact...he s zeeshan s linked in contact....
I feel something is NOT right somewhere in this guy s story...don't ask me why n how I feel this....
Although I think its pointless to add him in the list...but upto u.

P.s: only OFFICIAL website statement OR emails to our OWN forum members can give us a clear picture about this PARIS thing...abhi its all misty, and nothing solid.
