Don't be scared every visa office has quota maybe the Paris visa office's visa quota get wasted due to few applications and LVO has more applicants than visa quota that's why they will transferred some cases there

If an accountant discover a misrepresentation in accounts which is done by the Accounts Manager and in fact Manager is not taking any financial benefit but wrong P&L to keep management happy.

What an accountant should do ?

1. Report to GM....but afraid that may be he can loose his job (because GM likes AM) or can have bad relationship with his manager...
2. Keep quit and wait for Visa and resign.
3. Who will be responsible if Internal auditors discovers this mistake?
4. Any other option....

Please advise/suggest with experience.....

No Dear CIC does not bother nationalities/racism.Its the background check,work/load of a particular Visa office which may affect.

Ethics question, Informed higher level management and if higher management is not interested informed internal auditors, and if they are not interested then inform the regulatory body. ye to tha Ethics ka jawab

Now comes the reality, keep your mouth shut let it roll brother, keep praying Allah will do justice, your informed your manager about the mistake, now forget it Allah immigration dila dey with halal rizq and with lots of lots of happiness in Canada, Insha Allah.

Assuming option 2 -> Update docs only -> how much time it will take to receive visa after submit update docs & later MR.

Assuming it takes 3 months max considering all above option, then in view of 3 years theory after doc sent, I must receive one of the above request near the completion of 33rd month. I have completed 28 months so I should not expect anything in near 5 months period.

m not waite letter holder but i got MR in 31st month........3 years doesnt mean exactly 3 years....this may be plus-minus 2 -3 months. 3 years theory is for lucky ones. And some most luckeirs got visa in 30 months time too.
now i have passed almost 33 months and i m expecting visa in 36 - 37 months time frame.
