I have done with medical examinations in last week and now planning to send RPRF DD and updated police certificates. Those who have already passed through this process, plz answer following questions:

1- Only proof indicating that I have completed medical examinations, is the receipt issued by IOM for their charges. Should I send photocopy of this receipt to LVO along with DD and police certificates?

2- In medical request email, I have been asked to post RPRF DD and updated police certificates to following address. Please confirm that this address is correct.

High Commission of Canada
Immigration Section
1 Grosvenor Square
London W1K 4AB
United Kingdom

In my case, after medicals, the rest of the process was completed by my representative. However, I am aware what my representative / agent had attached to my document update to CIC. In response to your queries,

1) My agent specifically asked for the 'Original Receipts' to be send. They did not entertain duplicate or photocopies of the receipts and proceeded only when I handed over the originals. I had scanned and photocopied the original receipts for my future reference.

2) Since they have asked you to submit the documents in the address provided, please feel free to do so without any hesitation. Based on a few discussions earlier in this thread, it is better to use a reliable courier service with international presence, even if it may cost you some extra bucks.

Good luck with the rest of your application process. God bless.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for reply PA5510N

on medical instruction form (that i received as attachment with medical request email), there is no instruction as to where do I need to send the documents . However, on top of the medical instructions form, following address has been written:

High Commission of Canada
Immigration Section
Macdonald House
38 Grosvenor Street
London W1K 4AA
United Kingdom

Where as medical request email itself does mention categorically that "Please forward all requested documents together to the address below....." and this address is as follows:

High Commission of Canada
Immigration Section
1 Grosvenor Square
London W1K 4AB
United Kingdom

Should I use "1 Grosvenor Square" address writtin in email or "38 Grosvenor Street" address written on medical instruction form?

If you search for W1K 4AA and W1K 4AB, it points to the same location on Google Maps! However, W1K 4AA seems to be more appropriate from the 'Address' mentioned in the link below:

After visiting the page (http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/apply-how_demande-comment.aspx?lang=eng&view=d#drop) mentioned by ASK, now I am indecisive on whether I should go for "W1K 4AB" address mentioned in email or "W1K 4AA" address written on medical instruction form.

What documents did you send to this W1K 4AA address? updated documents that VO asked before medical request or documents that were requested along with medical request?

Like I have mentioned in my previous post, both these addresses point to the same location/building in the map. The link provided is for drop box / physical / mailing address. Also, you should be just fine if you use either of them.

Does the IOM not send the form to new Delhi? Or those who are receiving the form electronically, sending the forms themselves?

hiya, IOM send medical reports to Delhi via courier (DHL), CHC-Delhi is responsible for uploading of forms electronically.

If this is true then what is e-medical

e-medical is an email that is sent from LVO to applicant to perform medical tests from IOM.
After medical tests, IOM sent medical forms to their centralized office i.e. IOM-ISLAMABAD and from IOM-ISLAMABAD forms are courier (DHL) to New delhi.
At NEW DELHI medicals are again assessed and electronically uploaded to applicants file.
this is what i know, those who have better knowledge are requested to shed a light ...........................

Thanks a lot dear for this info!

AS I HAVE RECEIVED JUST 6-12 MONTHS WAIT LETTER IN LATE JUNE-2012 & MY CAIPS IN SEPT-2012

CAIPS NOTES:
CZZ LETTER SENT, MEDICAL PRINTED, P103 PREPARED .... REQUIRED UPDATED FORMS + PHOTOS,REVISED POF, POLICE CERTIFICATE AND RPRF......DUE DATE IS 24-MAY-2013.

STILL I HVN'T RECVD ANY FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS BY LVO EXCEPT 6-12 MONTHS WAIT LETTER......BUT NOW I AM ALMOST READY TO SEND THE DOCS OF MY NEW BORN.

THE QUESTION IS THAT ..... MAY I SEND THE REQUIRED DOCS LIKE ... PHOTOS, REVISED POF & RPRF WITH THE DOCS OF NEW BORN, BY THE REFERENCE OF MY CAIPS ????? OR WAIT FOR THE LVO INSTRUCTIONS??

I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANY HARM TO SEND THESE DOCS WITHOUT ASKING BY LVO, AS ITS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN MY CAIPS NOTES THAT THEY WOULD ASK ME FOR THESE DOCS, BUT WHEN ... GOD KNOWS!!!. ..............BUT IT COULD BE SAVE MY TIME !!!!

REQUIRED YR VALUABLE COMMENTS IN THIS REGARD.
