In my case, after medicals, the rest of the process was completed by my representative. However, I am aware what my representative / agent had attached to my document update to CIC. In response to your queries, ashrafbwn said:I have done with medical examinations in last week and now planning to send RPRF DD and updated police certificates. Those who have already passed through this process, plz answer following questions:
1- Only proof indicating that I have completed medical examinations, is the receipt issued by IOM for their charges. Should I send photocopy of this receipt to LVO along with DD and police certificates?
2- In medical request email, I have been asked to post RPRF DD and updated police certificates to following address. Please confirm that this address is correct.
High Commission of Canada
Immigration Section
1 Grosvenor Square
London W1K 4AB
United Kingdom
1) My agent specifically asked for the 'Original Receipts' to be send. They did not entertain duplicate or photocopies of the receipts and proceeded only when I handed over the originals. I had scanned and photocopied the original receipts for my future reference.
2) Since they have asked you to submit the documents in the address provided, please feel free to do so without any hesitation. Based on a few discussions earlier in this thread, it is better to use a reliable courier service with international presence, even if it may cost you some extra bucks.
Good luck with the rest of your application process. God bless.
Hope it helps.
