AS I HAVE RECEIVED JUST 6-12 MONTHS WAIT LETTER IN LATE JUNE-2012 & MY CAIPS IN SEPT-2012

CAIPS NOTES:
CZZ LETTER SENT, MEDICAL PRINTED, P103 PREPARED .... REQUIRED UPDATED FORMS + PHOTOS,REVISED POF, POLICE CERTIFICATE AND RPRF......DUE DATE IS 24-MAY-2013.

STILL I HVN'T RECVD ANY FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS BY LVO EXCEPT 6-12 MONTHS WAIT LETTER......BUT NOW I AM ALMOST READY TO SEND THE DOCS OF MY NEW BORN.

THE QUESTION IS THAT ..... MAY I SEND THE REQUIRED DOCS LIKE ... PHOTOS, REVISED POF & RPRF WITH THE DOCS OF NEW BORN, BY THE REFERENCE OF MY CAIPS ????? OR WAIT FOR THE LVO INSTRUCTIONS??

I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANY HARM TO SEND THESE DOCS WITHOUT ASKING BY LVO, AS ITS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN MY CAIPS NOTES THAT THEY WOULD ASK ME FOR THESE DOCS, BUT WHEN ... GOD KNOWS!!!. ..............BUT IT COULD BE SAVE MY TIME !!!!

REQUIRED YR VALUABLE COMMENTS IN THIS REGARD.

send a letter first, then they will ask your updated forms. if you send forms without asking them, you might miss some document. just inform them, saying i have new baby...and i want to include in my application. however, you can send application fee for child. you have to pay for application fee for new child. still you can send later on, but if u send earlier with your letter they will cash it and it will save your time for further processing. if you have passport send the copy of it as well. hope it works. but, if u r known about the complete document to be sent ..u can send as well..its upto u..
in my case, i sent letter informing the new child. they asked updated forms. fee and pp copies...later on i sent it. dont think that they will process earlier if u send it earlier. i sent my pp with all doc in 5.5before for New delhi vO...still nothing news...

Your CAIPS are 100% same as mine and most of 6-12 months waiters....In my GCMS they did not mentioned POF and rest is same.
In my opinion you should only provide that information which is requested in writing by CIC...
For eg. if you send all things as per CAIPS but on the other hand they may ask it again then you have to provide the same info/documents again with updated forms and MR which are expected soon , so it can be real time duplication and will cost you money & time....Now it is upto you how you deal with it...

Please go through this statement below by a very senior forum member named Qorax:

Will the file be 'only' looked at a BF'D?

No. If something like reports, results, documents etc. [eg. background/security checks] comes to the CHC in between, your file gets opened and assessed. However, if nothing is received in between, you get another BF'D. Note once again: If they are waiting for something and it comes as expected then the file continues to be processed further, if not then the file will be next reviewed on the BFD 'only'.

I hope you can relate this statement to your current situation and make the best use of it. However, I have been advised earlier by some other senior forum member that RPRF should not be send before CIC request for it. Hope it helps.

Directly : No impact

Indirectly : Impacted only based on what grounds you were denied your European visit visa.

What documents did you send to this W1K 4AA address? updated documents that VO asked before medical request or documents that were requested along with medical request?

Normally 38 Grosvenor Avenue with post code w1k 4aa address is used as I have used myself for updated docs recently. The second part of post code is slightly different but would definitely be for the same building as CHC London is a big building and hope would not be an issue. As you are advised this different address so hope would not be an issue. I would suggest to confirm from LVO via email.
In UK address post code is main part in any address.

Analysing the discussion by respected members Jimmy,SMSH ,destination canada ,kkhan870 and sheeno ,I would like to sumup with;

1-Waitletters are being dealt by chronological order with reference to their Doc.submission date rather than any other date like waitletter issuing date .it is supported by the data in excell sheet by SMSH
2-If we take the excell sheet as sample ,it is wel evident that in coming 3-5 months whole waitletters would be in next processing phase and those who have already recieved MR ,their applications might be finalized with in the said period INSHAALLAH
3-The way things were moving before Christmas ,if LVO gains same momentum in Jan 13 ,most probably all the backlog would get atleast MR till May tha 4th.

that's true.. i guess we can say it's in order of 2nd AOR date which is anyway based on doc submission date

I applied online on www.caips.ca CAIPS/GCMS both are having same info but are two different formats/database of keeping our records in CIC system. You will come to know only once you receive your personal CAIPS/GCMS .
After receiving my file I have learned that what is the status of my case and what they need in future
It gave me one comfort that I will be getting VISA with my family soon.
The only problem is to wait when they go for next step mentioned in GCMS
Now 2/3 time is over from the letter date for me and I hope my destination is very close and soon I will jump to next level inshallah ...
