actually i will apply for the immigration after announcing New FSW plan of 2013..

or if can you please tell me the proccess of the immigration step by step.. like after new FSW plan 2013 what will i have to do.. ??

First thing you should visit http://www.cic.gc.ca and explore the process by yoursefl as you can't apply before May 2013...still much time
On the other hand discuss with a consultant in your country for updates and your eligibilty Criteria....

Due to tough criteria many applications will be rejected from the starting point itself and CIC will process our cases faster due to limited applications...
Just you will see all backlog who have clear approval like us eather will get the updated docs or MR in next 1-2 months insha Allah

I applied for my caips notes in Nov 2012 and Caips notes says that Medical request + updated documents ready to sent.
I sent an email to CHC London last week and recieved a reply that my background checks are in process so I have to wait until backgrounds checks completed.
Me and my brother applied at same time. he also applied for his caips notes with me and he got the updated documents request last month while I was told that wait till back ground checks completed.
Any body having any idea about it????

You are the first example I have seen who applied in 2011 and got 6-12 months wait letter, please confirm the full details (exact dates) as per google file link in my signatures...I will update your entry in the system,,,,as your brother already got the updated docs request so you will be the next...
Please also confirm if your brother also received the 6-12 months letter and if yes then please also share his details so I can update it in the list....
because this list is only for those who got 6-12 months wait letters....

What I discussed with one of my freinds who got PR and came back to Abu Dhabi to save little more money, as he has a good job and can save here approx 3-4k USD per month...
he said that you will earn more if you go out of Toronto approx USD 10-12k per year ...
Now it depends on you what kind of place you like to have for your family... A City or A Town
Choice is yours ....we can write a full fledge essay on this topic what are advantage and disadvantage to work in City/Town etc....
But in my opinion we must focus on our current life instead of brain storming on selection of place....
unfortunately we don't know when exactly we will have Visa in our hands and Canada have become Sheikh Chilli Ka Dream :'(
