Sh.humayon is a paki brother, working in Qatar. He and a friend of mine have approx same time line/noc 0111....sh humayon got updated docs request in May, 2012....and friend got wait letter next week...even though both had processing date of March 2012...Samething has happened with others too, where noc/timeline are same but some got medical, some got wait letter...Similarly, star ali haider has his visa stamped already, and most of the people with his time line have not even had PPR1 yet...so.what can u say !! Allah's will/kismat I guess...
Arsh bro, well, sending people to different provinces according to their noc is a thing that could either happen in Provincial Nominee Program, or a thing which could happen in the latest upcoming system...MI-1 are federal cases, and old rules apply to them...therfore, I find it highly unlikely that they would be sent according to provincial nominations to different provinces according to their noc....not saying its impossible, just saying its slightly improbable
Further, another applicant/friend Bila Taj, (noc 0213, full docs in Jan 2011) also got further docs request in June/July, after his re-consideration request with points miscalculation....he did not get wait letter...directly got further docs request after rejection.... .now he is waiting for medicals....and so are the wait letter holders....my point is, I feel they will keep more or less the same timeline to process the cases eventually....if we get medicals before JAN or FEB 2013, we ll approximately be in the sametime as these friends of ours (with a minor difference of few months)...(My personal feeling is this entire MI-1 process will be complete (till visa) by mid-end of 2013, basically second half of the year 2013, (after June). Hope it happens earlier though)
As Arsh bro rightly said, we should pray, and hope that Allah does what s best for us....and soon...Hopefully, rejection ka chance bohat kum hai, otherwise they would have simply given us the good old "jd mismatch" excuse....ab scene sirf wait game ka hai

...but yes, I agree, till one of the wait letters gets SOME sort of instructions (whether updated docs request, or medical) , this situation is gonna start getting tense with every passing week/month...so let's pray Allah helps us , so this uncertainity ends soon...
At the end, All we say on forums are all "our own speculations", not facts...Facts are, #1 they sent wait letters holders, an eligibility letter saying you are eligible, #2 Caips says your points are above 67, and #3 medicals have been printed and kept on file....(Why would they print our medicals if they were not gonna send them)....so with these FACTS, we all can make our own calculation
....let's wait and see how the cookie crumbles my friends, since, that's all we can do
