Can anyone do the analysis if LVO is giving wait letters to people whose NOC is not in demand anymore? mine is not in demand and i got the letter.

Attention who received additional dox request with 18 months wait letter

• Your jobs will be verified by inspections personally not on phones.
• Mostly those MI 3 applicants whose job experience mismatch with their education received such letters.
• Few MI3 applicants received such letters and their job was verified by physical inspection. The common thing among these applicants was job experience mismatch with their education.

I don't think 18 months wait letter has anything to do with NOC, In my opinion and analysis it is based on the date of submission of full documents. In my opinion people who have submitted their full documents after mid of September 2010 are getting this letter. Visa office is dealing in batches like process application for 2 to 3 months batch with visa quota limitation.

Hi Pak. Did your ecas include the line that said something like''your file n documents have been transferred to london visa office? They r pending review. Lvo might contact you'' Just making sure if only lvo is sending the wait letter. Please also share your noc.

I don't think 18 months wait letter has anything to do with NOC, In my opinion and analysis it is based on the date of submission of full documents. I might not be agreed with your statement. About me I'm IT graduate and have shared software house experience ... 100% match with my education & experience


This is only being happened due to shortage of visa quota's nothing else

It's prescribed for ppl with military service history OR for ppl who r coming from countries which have 'draft' - either legislative or temporary (during emergencies/exigencies). Ok....I don't think 'not filing' would be wise, as eeveryone s getting it...so here s wat I'm thinking:
1. Write reason on form that "military service is NOT compulsory in pakistan." And print form n send it.
2. Get an affidivate signed by magistrate/notary public backing this up.

Last option as 2calgary said, check via CSI !
