Hey Guys,
I am a 6-12 months wait letter holder from May2012. I have updated my new born daughter now (02years) in Jan 2013. When can I apply for my CAIPS notes to check whether they have updated her details in our file or not...

In my previous CAPIS notes there was not BFD date mentioned. All was it mentioned was Medical-In process.

You can apply for CAIPS any time but to check for status of newborn, they would have entered in GCMS that birth certificate etc for new born has been received but may not have created a file for new born yet and maybe waiting for VO for further revw the docs.

vo is satisfied with your papers.
That is why he gave u marks for job and education, after looking at your papers....
And that's how u got wait letter....otherwise if he was NOT satisfied, u would ve gotten a rejection letter...Sohaib got his origionals coz he had emailed them about origional docs...

Lots of people like me , arsh r waiting for origional docs...its actually good that they have them, coz chances r that whenever they send origionals, update or MR might accompany (in the safety of courier, even though more chances r that MR might come via email)...
So sakoon karo, visa officer ke paas itna time nahi hai ko wo eik file ko months/years dektha rahe aur sochta rahe "kya iss ke job theek hai OR kya iss ke education genuine hai" ...When the time came last year, he picked your file, went through it in an hour, was satisfied, that's why u have wait letter....they r not retards, that eik file pakar ker sochtay rahein ke ab kya karoon it hardly takes 15 min to get a feeler that docs look genuine or do not..and whether or not marks should be given for job/education or not...and in case of waiters, marks have already been given !!.

I send my all orginal documents at the time of application in April 2010. Recieved Waiting letter in April 2012. Recieved updated documents request in Nov, 2012 with the return of all original documents back. Applied for Caips notes in Nov 2012 and capis notes showed 72 marks with BF'D in March 2013 . Send updated documents in Nov 2012.

Once, the points are given to me for my all respective fields, once wait letter is issued, request of updated documents is done, then does any body has any idea to ask and check again all original documents????

NOC = 4131
Residence = Pakistan
Full documents ( original) sent to London office when recevied 120 days letter.
Wait letter recieved in April 2012.
Sent an email to get my original documents ( Degrees) back in Jan 2012 but got a reply that documents are waiting for review and any thing getting back can effect my application.
Got all orginal documents back in Nov 2012 with request of updated forms.
Send all updated forms in Nov 2012.
In Jan, recieved a letter asking for submitting again all original documents inculding degrees as well within 25 days.
All original documents sent in Jan 2013.
Send a CSI in Feb 2013 and got a reply that please wait for 4 months atleast as my documents are in que to be reviewed by VO.

When I recived the letter to submit again my original degress, I sent a CSI and asked that orignal degrees were with embassy for nearly more then 2 years so is some thing wrong that they are asking again for all original documents. I recieved repply that VO can ask any time any documents when needs and it is my responsiblity to provide it without any delay.

Thinking to apply for Caips notes again to see that what VO is doing now on all those things which he has already worked on it.
