Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Hi Every body,

I was the silent member of this forum, who just study different post to learn instead of disturbing or interfering in any post.
I send my all orginal documents at the time of application in April 2010. Recieved Waiting letter in April 2012. Recieved updated documents request in Nov, 2012 with the return of all original documents back. Applied for Caips notes in Nov 2012 and capis notes showed 72 marks with BF'D in March 2013 . Send updated documents in Nov 2012.

However, in Jan 2013, I recieved a letter from LVO to send them again my all original documents to LVO.

Once, the points are given to me for my all respective fields, once wait letter is issued, request of updated documents is done, then does any body has any idea to ask and check again all original documents????

Its really weird :-\ that they are asking for originals back now....read there letter carefully, normally they write in english
Just kidding dont mind,,,,may be that officer resigned who was looking to your file or may be died,,,Allah knows...
So please send them the originals ASAP....and lets see what happens next!

Apply for CAIPS again to see the uptodate situation....

NOC = 4131
Residence = Pakistan
Full documents ( original) sent to London office when recevied 120 days letter.
Wait letter recieved in April 2012.
Sent an email to get my original documents ( Degrees) back in Jan 2012 but got a reply that documents are waiting for review and any thing getting back can effect my application.
Got all orginal documents back in Nov 2012 with request of updated forms.
Send all updated forms in Nov 2012.
In Jan, recieved a letter asking for submitting again all original documents inculding degrees as well within 25 days.
All original documents sent in Jan 2013.
Send a CSI in Feb 2013 and got a reply that please wait for 4 months atleast as my documents are in que to be reviewed by VO.

When I recived the letter to submit again my original degress, I sent a CSI and asked that orignal degrees were with embassy for nearly more then 2 years so is some thing wrong that they are asking again for all original documents. I recieved repply that VO can ask any time any documents when needs and it is my responsiblity to provide it without any delay.

Thinking to apply for Caips notes again to see that what VO is doing now on all those things which he has already worked on it.

Offcourse dear, I know that if they want me to dance and send them my dance CD, I have no other option to do and send them.
I have already sent them as they gave me only 25 days from the date of letter and when I recieved letter, already 9 days were gone.
In the mean while, I just sent CSI to check whats going on, but at the moment, they think that VO is like god in embassy so cant challenge his authority at the moment.

I never sent original documents but the certified/ notarized copies of all documents. The only original document sent, was IELTS test result. VO never asked me to do do at any occasion ( with initial application and with full documents).

Offcourse dear, I know that if they want me to dance and send them my dance CD, I have no other option to do and send them.

Dear All,

As per my case there is 2 days difference between in process date and wait letter, however now I have made a static date column.

If someone wants to correct then please let me know...as follows:

1). e-CAS Online - reviewed & started processing Date
2). Date on 6-12 months wait Letter & not when you received it...

Dear Applied in April 2010 to CIO sydney office. I think that in three weeks, I got the letter to submit all documents within 120 days to London office. I submitted full documents some where close to first week of July 2010.
As I am in denmark at the moment, and already have residence card here, and my intentions are to move to UK instead of Canada. My relatives, who are already in Canada, they are not happy and thinking to move some where else once they get the passport. So due to this, I lost my interest in Canada immigration but as it is still in process, so some times, keep in touch to see whats going on.

Dear, I think that outside your mother land, there is no real life. Now a days, every body is not happy at one hand, and same time, every body is happy as well on the other hand.
People living in UK think that life in US & Canada is better and people who are living in Canada, they think that UK people are making more pounds and are living in heaven. For me, as my relatives including my brother also moved to UK so thats why, I lost interest in this process. Although, still interested to see what outcome will come.
Pakistanis think that the whole world outside Pakistan is like a heaven.
Its life and its every where. Every body is running for good future from here to there even knowing that durrrr kay dhol sohanay.
