Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Hey Guys,
I am a 6-12 months wait letter holder from May2012. I have updated my new born daughter now (02years) in Jan 2013. When can I apply for my CAIPS notes to check whether they have updated her details in our file or not...

In my previous CAPIS notes there was not BFD date mentioned. All was it mentioned was Medical-In process.

There were not much news about LVO sending updated doc request in Dec Jan Feb...whats happening....are they will in holiday mood....

I ve never seen this list, but if it has entire MI-1 , frankly , I'm not very keen to see it I guess he s aiming for maximum entiries/viewership.. .... it should ONLY have waiters...not that it matters to me, since I cant/wont ever see it but full marks to SMSH for all his hard work.

I always refer to Arsh s list on page 293..which ONLY had WAITERS, to see people details.....it was simple n to the point....I have it bookmarked on BlackBerry...may be u can bookmark it as a backup list too...anyways..hope u re doin well bro...

Yaar why I did that !
All waiters who has received this 6-12 months letter are MI-1
All MI 1 who are in pipe either received wait letter or refusal letter
Now these people are in fact are also in the same Q but without wait letter
However you can easily understand the info as per the data entry
And I hope this forum can be more helpful for other MI 1 applicants
Active waiters are very few and I don't think that a lot of people going to join us.
I hope this forum can be helpful for all who are MI -1 with letter or without letter
After 2-3 months I will delete all thoz from the list who will not turn into greens list
And then this list will be very small because we need upto date info for all to analyze properly
I can do one thing that I can add one column if someone has received wait letter Yes/No
I hope this clarify my idea for adding these applicants.
Lets see how many show there interest in coming few weeks and we will see if this list really grow fast
Insha Allah we are very close to our destination and I we can be helpful for somebody then this would be Sadqa

And no, I don't work in LVO...I just use something called "common sense" which apprently is not very common these days its just 18 more days to go in this month, out of which only 14 r working days....and considering the RAIN has not started as yet, so it doesn't take a genius/FBI agent to say this that "we (as in U and me, who don't have updated docs request yet) won't get anything this month of FEB 2013"....

Although I'd be happy IF I get proven wrong...let's see...Allah kare kuch aa jaye...

P.s: as for Sohaib, I knew he s sent full docs in JAN 2011....so he could ve not gotten the updated docs or MR this soon, before rain had started..that's why I told this in the morning to arsh, zeeshan, 2calgary..via sms..that Sohaib will JUST get his origionals back, and nothing else....
also, I NOW know the actual reason he got his origional docs back in advance of others. (He told me himself).

And no, I don't work in LVO...I just use something called "common sense" which apprently is not very common these days its just 18 more days to go in this month, out of which only 14 r working days....and considering the RAIN has not started as yet, so it doesn't take a genius/FBI agent to say this that "we (as in U and me, who don't have updated docs request yet) won't get anything this month of FEB 2013"....

Although I'd be happy IF I get proven wrong...but I won't , I know

When i got the call from TCS office today, i was expecting Updated Document atleast, Because upon my query about original documents, LVO told me that they send only original docs. I did not get even the original documents.

When i visited TCS, it was my all my original document back, including the document of my new born child, who were added 9 months ago.

i always appreciate your effort you are putting in to this work and updating the list always and everyday and staying most active in this thread, but PLEASE try to understand that we are ORIGINALLY "wait letter" holders and this thread should only have wait letter holder and their concerns, but you are messing it up bro, pls its not late yet, as i could see today, you just changed the name of your excel sheet to "LVO (MI-1) + Status of All 6-12 months waiters". that's not right and you should remove those are not with wait letters from your sheet or else no point following your excel sheet, its getting confusing and messy, above all lengthy, don't get offended pls, i still think, you are doing a great job. keep it up.

Mr. SMSH is doing great job, by his efforts we are monitoring the activities of LVO and I think putting maximum data of MI-1 applicants in excel sheet is better either wait letter holders or not.

Already had told Arsh, zeeshan anis and 2 calgary...in the morning, via sms... that Sohaib will just get his origional docs.. And nothing else ab intizaar kerien..

Also, have they returned your origional educational transcripts (also known as mark sheet)?? I heard from someone that they only return origional degree, but do not return origional mark sheet !! Wat happened in your case ? Did u give them origional mark sheet ??

yup dost, i confirm ur SMS about ur prediction for originals only, so as per ur posts waite is still ONGOING, i think there will be nothing / minimum output from LVO during FEB-13 , may be correspondance will go up from march-13 onwards.
