THIS IS SUGGESTED BY ME THAT THIS TIME YOU SHOULD APPLY FOR GCMS/CAIPS ......GCMS NOTES COULD CLEAR YOUR QUERY ABT POF, AS ITS SURE BY ME THAT THEY SHOULD ASKED FOR REVISED POF AFTER ADDING NEW BORN, BECAUSE IN MY CASE I APPLIED IN 2010 & ADDED MY NEW BORN IN 2011 AND AFTER HAVING MY CAIPS ITS CLEARLY MENTION THAT VO REQUIRED UPDATED POF......SO BE READY FOR YR REVISED STATEMENT / POF IN TERMS WHICHEVER THEY ASKED.

Jimmy Pa Ge, what does this mean " if they have a pre-arranged job in Canada ", this shows that (like before) there is no specific requirement of Job offer for applicants from MAY-13 onward also. Actually confusing thing is many saying now FSW require job offer and some saying not required.

HAVE NT really gone through the new criteria, but in my opinion, having a job offer can NEVER be a MUST for FSW applicants.......What the minister is saying is IF they have a job offer, it ll be done EVEN faster than a year, (like in 3-4 months) , instead of the regular 1 year for others without job offer...that's what I gather from this statement...(Since whenever u have a job offer, your case is processed slightly faster, so u can join your job, even in MI-1,2,3)....But I'm not sure about the new criteria and its nitty gritty details, since its not my concern and no one I know is applying in it either...so hence....I gave the comment "don't know/dont care". cheers.

Bottom line: Job offer just gives "extra points+faster processing"....its never a MUST in FSW.

P.s: mark my words....It ll be VERY difficult to qualify for MI-4 (esp for pakis) for a number of reasons...so people who have already qualified should consider themelves lucky..

013 written next to your file # on bar code is definitely has some explanation. Contrary to previous explanation 013 implies to year 2013, here's another discussion took place in 2011 and contradicts that.

LVO uses North American bar code system; UPS under which 013 implies, 0 as standard, 1 stands for 'reserved' - probably 01 stands that your application is reserved in a year's visa quota. 3 digit stands for recommendations to issue medical on or after getting updated documents from applicants.

These are just observations, not factual truths so please consider this as a discussion on a public forum.

Ideally, all 6-12 mo wait letter holders should get their MR last year. If their GCMS/CAIPS are analyzed, VO had not only passed them for MI (though MI1 applicants passed initial MI at CIC-NS when their applications' reached there before VO stage, and VO had refused many initially-passed due to JD mismatch) & done thorough docs checking (not background checks/verification at this stage). This is evident in their NOTES section where comments to Registry office like 'PA: REQUEST MED x2, PHOTOx5, PCC from UAE or KSA' are written. This confirms that 6-12 mo wait-letters holders were selected (reserved - now read 013 bar code meaning) for further processing. A DUE DATE (most likely year 2012 date) is also mentioned for such action completion. All this has happened in June 2012.

Then came the BZZ department, see the location of your paper file is BZZ (pl note that your paper stickers are showing paper file # (B0xxxxxx) rather than your E0000xxxxx nos, I guess in most cases). Check your GCMS you will find this action taken in June 2012. The reason for this action is not known - most probably shortage of visas at LVO, I assume.

Now next Q is - when they will get the updated doc req or MR? After this wait letter, some applicants had already passed 9 months, some 6....!!!! If you look at the trend all intimations from LVO came in the month of October 2012, so likely after 6 months, March 2013 will be good year for all 6-12mo wait letters holders!

I have 013 on my 2nd AOR sticker too...so this does not mean anything if u have 013 on the sticker....I doubt anyone has 014....if anyone does, plz tell,.....further, not everyone will get visa in 2013, as out of the 55000 FSW for this year, LVO has about 17000 or something visas.....so no chance of rejection, but not everyone will get visa this year,....majority will, but some will spill over to 2014....but again, this is a tukka, and I sincerely hope I'm wrong and we all get through....

P.s: I just checked with my friend in canada, who got visa in 2012 . He s on my BBM messenger,....Even he has 013 in the 2nd AOR

Guys do you think its good to drop a CSI to ask whether the Medical has been received or not? just throwing the question to take the feedback about those who have received the PPR1 after the medical done after a long wait.

Dear Sir

I have received a query from CIC regarding our file request on your behalf - they are unable to find a London file in the name of XXXXXXX and say the file number provided is not in this name.

Do you have any documentation from CHC London that shows your file number / visa office? Please can you double check the file number?

WTF- this is almost 2 years i recieve a letter from CHC london with the file number i provided them and now they said its not on my name....???
P.S. i am also not able to check my E-case status with that file number from the day one. i can only check with the file number initially given to my by CIC NS.


Any one have any idea ???

Many people like me cannot access cease Wuthering the 2nd file no. just give them your uci no. and it will be fine
