and yes dont forget to get your international driving license, it took be 10 minutes, but i had to go to nearest RTA office along with my original EID, 2 photos, and PP + visa copy, this IDL is valid for 1 year :)

and one more thing even if you have fines, you can still call them and pay the fines along with the cert fees. thats what i did as i had fines LOLZZZZ :)
