(with a margin of 2-3 months)

Your 2.5 years (2 and a half year) will be completed by Mar-Apr....and with a margin of 2-3 months so...calculate yousrself..

u and Arsh are at the top of the next rain shower...since u guys are SEP 2010 full docs...and they r down to Aug 2010...so chill n wait..

AS per CAIPS my full document sent date is 13-10-2010 so in this case its almost 27 months on 13th January.
my BFD is 13-03-2013. when to expect updated form request ?

Recently, have got DD from Wallstreet for submission of RPRF. This time Soneri bank has also introduced a seal (similar to barcode) on DD, enhancing the authenticity of it (as explained by the Wallstreet guy)....

Although this will come 2-3 months down the road, still...

I'm sure u guys must be aware what problem some of the paki applicants have faced /still facing on "pakistan application forum" with HBL bank drafts with incomplete canadian bank address.......

So For paki people who are about to pay RPRF:

Guys , plz go to either Dollar East or Wall Street Money Gram ..... And avoid this HBL's "complete address missing" drama.....

Dollars East will give u a KASB Bank draft and address on draft will probably be:
Habib Canadian Bank. 918 Dundas STE
Mississauga On L4Y 4H9 Canada.

Wall street Money gram will make a Soneri Bank draft and the address on draft will be:
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce
Commerce Court,
Toronto, Canada M5L 1A2

This 6 digit zip code at the end of the address is the most important thing that they want in the address to make it complete....so U can confirm this before paying them that the address should have 6 digits in the end....Better to be safe and go to these tested places, and not experiment.....u don't want stupid waste of time, effort n money at this stage.

I have 013 on my 2nd AOR sticker too...so this does not mean anything if u have 013 on the sticker....I doubt anyone has 014....if anyone does, plz tell,.....further, not everyone will get visa in 2013, as out of the 55000 FSW for this year, LVO has about 17000 or something visas.....so no chance of rejection, but not everyone will get visa this year,....majority will, but some will spill over to 2014....but again, this is a tukka, and I sincerely hope I'm wrong and we all get through....

P.s: I just checked with my friend in canada, who got visa in 2012 . He s on my BBM messenger,....Even he has 013 in the 2nd AOR

Just confirming that you mean cic london has still 55000 applications that are pending excluding those old cases (before feb 2008) whose applicationns are in the process of refund. If you are correct then 55000/17000 means more than 3 years to clear backlog if cic london receive no application. I doubt as minsiter Kenny has set a target deadline of 2013 end for backlog.

I have submitted required PoF at the document submission in Jan 2011. Later on, i added my child into the application too in May 2012. I did not submit PoF this time, because it was not required.

Currently, I do not have sufficient amount in my account. I had to withdraw amount due to some emergency. I have a questions:

Q.1 Will CIC ask again about PoF at the time of update documents/Medical Request? What are the chances?

Q.2 If he asks about PoF fund again, Only the bank letter would be sufficient OR we have to show last 3 - 6 months bank statements too

i recommend you should stat maintaining it now. your document submission date is Jan 2011. as per the trend seen, those who submitted documents by Aug 2010 are getting some feedback. so still you have time to maintain your funds. those who sent only bank letter were asked to submit the bank statement for 4-6month. but if you submitted on your own lets say for 2 3 months they might not ask for furthur bank statement history. Mine was hardly three month statement. never know about the visa officer, if they are having hard times with spouse/gf/bf they may also give us hard time
