Yes, already mentioned at top "its from IOM". In my case i did not bother about "the annual kids examination" because both of my kids are under 5 years of age. I believe its a generic mail (& this point does not apply to Pakistani's) but if someone has some real experience, please share for the benefit of forum members.
Regarding last part of your post, what u r trying to tell is that all other contents of mail are same as in your case (the mail you received from IOM) except this annual examination point??

Secondly , how do we need to proceed with getting result sheet of the last annual examination for kids? If no medical examination has been conducted for the kids, for the fact that they did not face any health problem, then do we need to get the same before appearing for medical examination to IOM?
BTW--- I did not get instruction regarding bringing last annual examination sheet of kids either from LVO or IOM.
