Mian G you can attach a separate word sheet lebelling it as Schedule A/Background declaration and then under the personal history headings you can add your details which is also mentioned in the form itself.

Already planning, is it not a bit in advance, kidding. If you mean to Canada, its two pieces of 28 kg per ticket.

What is acceptable and standard method of adding informations to personal history section, when there is no more space in the form.

Need comments from those already submitted updated docs or well versed in the process.

As of November 13, 2012 London has implemented the issuance of Electronic letter to request completion of Medical Examination from applicants and their dependants currently living in Pakistan.

Jimmy , analyse the colored portion of this email from CHC to me, i think u people should prepare for medical instructions through email also (if originals are not send by chc)

Ans: If you need more space, attach a separate sheet of paper. On the paper, give the full answer. Don’t forget to write down the letter or number of the question you are answering.

No yar... am here always .. yaha kuch ziada happening nai to FB per time guzar laita hon ..... well is say yaad aya few days back, there was a hype of creating alternate of this thread what happened to that.. people got their emails disclosed etc. etc. sub thanda kardia VOs nay... I got number of requests on FB after disclosing that and I kept ignoring it, yaad hi nahi raha kay ham main say bhi koi ho sakta hey
