we should say "thank god" because last time when i checked it jumped from 13 months to 23 months, so, this time only 29 months to 31, only 2 months guys, !!!enjoy!!!

My opinion they are really after this and will finish as per their letter target 6-12 months all the cases
Not saying the visa but minimum everyone will get MR before that deadline insha Allah

what is the deadline mate ,
as per 6-12 letter the next BFD is 13-03-2013 so is it deadline and are you sure we will get visa within this time frame ?

Everyone should count max 12 months from his/her letter date and not from BFD
This is what official they promised and hopefully they will issue MR before that date or minimum will request for updated documents. My understanding they are also answerable as government employees for their deadlines
