As per my understanding it is very clear that most of us will get the VISA as already they have approved the biggest limit for PR in the history and delay will be for NOC not required or if some applicant required more time for background checks or some are unable to provide the updated info on time will be delayed......
Now please stop discussion that what will happen insha Allah we all are going to get the Visa max in 2013

Combined with previous actions taken to manage the backlog, this means by the end of 2013 we will be able to process new applications as they are received – a “just in time” system – and aim to process them in less than a year, instead of up to eight years under the old FSW program. In addition, CIC expects to clear the FSW applications received to date by the end of 2014, three years earlier than originally expected.

It will be all clear if somebody can find backlog and their quota at LVO, I tried but couldn't find it

Bro, the article u r referring to is more on what they did to make upcoming policy smooth... The steps they took to clear backlog was also there... But aren't we working inventory??? Ok let us suppose what we r thinking of 55000 is meant for 2013 over all..so when their fiscal year starts??? When their quotas are renewed?? I guess in July 2013... Aren't we fall under July 2012 quota and proof of this is, our list is already showing positive movement

Ok let us suppose what we r thinking of 55000 is meant for 2013 over all..so when their fiscal year starts??? When their quotas are renewed?? I guess in July 2013... Arsh is right. We're part of inventory not the backlog. I'm very much sure that 90% of the holder appkicant will get their visa stamped from 2012-2013 visa quota.

I heard that pre 2008 is gone and they are not considered as backlog anymore and all the MI's are in the process stage so who are these 100,000 applicants then and with dependents the number is 250,000

last week I received my Medical R also i received a letter dated on oct 9th they requested updated police certificate and updated forms; they requested the document within 30 days from the letter's also the requested the fees.
