Hi every one.
I am asking a question on behalf of my friend. He also recieved his medical request last week.
He got his new passport about 2 months ago and on his new passport he has Govt: employee written on it; now he is worried in case it causes a trouble when he submit his passport for visa. He is also from pakistan.

can Some one shade a light on this issue please.

Keep In mind when he applied for immigration back in 2010 he was dooing aprivate job and he got the govt job about 9 months ago and did not inform the CHC since about his new job

You don't have to inform CIC about new job and it's fine if passport says Govt Employee. No issues in Pak or here in Canada.

My brother Naspk finally recvd medicals today and request for other docs and POF. He applied in March 2010................. Not sure how long will it be even from now but atlreat getting somewhere. Quite hopeful for you KASHIF - Hope you get good news soon.

Thanks Ahmad,
Actually his agent told him he should get rid of govt employee some how other wise CHC will not issue him the visa unless he provides them the NOC from his Employer.

Is this true?

Does he need NOC at the pakistani airport when he leaves the country or does he need NOC when CHC asked him to submit the passport for visa.

This is confusing I was told same by the consultant when I applied for my wife's UK dependent visa and UK embassy in pakistan neither the UK home office in UK ever bother about the NOC only time she ever needs the NOC is at Karachi airport when she come to UK she also has Govt: employe on her passport.

Sir

1 . Passport is not an issue , he will be requiring NOC from government at the time of leaving from Pakistan.

2. He must inform CIC about his new job , other wise he will be charged with mis-Declatarion , and could be banned for two years , as soon as he will send his new passport details , they will come to know from NADRA portal about this change , and all VO wants copy of page no-03 where all observations are stated , even at the last stage at the time of stamping his VISA , his application could be returned back

Sir

NOC is not required from government for CHC , but he must inform about his new job , and mail them copy of his appointment letter along with JD , printed on cover letter.

My sister was a government employee , so is my brother in law , and in their cases CHC London / CIC has never required any NOC , and they will never demand this

Thanks Saeed;
Do they have Govt: employee written on their passports?

I do not think their is a requirement from CHC to inform them of your Job change.

do we need to tell them every time we changes the Job?

Since my application I have personally changed 4 jobs and never bother to tell them specifically; unless they ask for updated forms.

AoA

Thanks to almighty Allah, I got the medical request today. They also requested to submit me "Right of Permanent Residence Fees".

There is no RPRF for child. Right?

I have some questions:

I am currently doing a PhD in Italy. My family is in Pakistan. My wife and kid have submitted passports to the Italian embassy for the visa 2 weeks. I have checked that passport is not needed at the time of medical. Is it right?

if anybody have experience of having medical from Lahore, kindly share your experience with me.

Regards,
Sohaib
