No change whatsoever except the record showing that I ordered GCMS. They still haven't even touched my file since they transferred to the local office on Dec 4th, 2015. I want to know what the heck these guys do during working hours from Monday to Friday if they are not working on our applications?!?!??

Your guess is as good as mine. I have no idea. The last 2 times I spoke to an agent in Ottawa, they told me "Your file has been transferred to Pretoria. Everything Ottawa needed to do is done. Now you'll have to contact the Pretoria office." So I asked, is everything done? Is security check done? Then they simply repeat the same thing that I must contact Pretoria for further action. From what I have observed, transfer to LVO usually means preliminary checks have been done in Sydney & Ottawa, will simply wait for security checks to be completed, and then when the security check comes in, the final eligibility check will be done by LVO before RFV/PPR...I have also seen cases where Manila VO called applicants' employers to confirm some information and then they got PPR a few days after the calls. I have also seen another compatriot get his PPR directly from Ottawa (his file wasn't transferred to Manila).
I have already sent 2 emails to the Pretoria VO so far. They sent an auto response stating that they will respond in 30 days. It has been past 30 days and they haven't even responded to one of those emails. Bloody crooks!r_mittal86 said:

Thanks to this forum and specially adin.blr, who posted his details here and I could follow the same steps to snatch my PPR from CIC !!
