Yay SA received!!!!!! I'm super happy! I've been a bit nervous because we both live outside of Canada at the moment and the proof I provided to say I was going to move home wasn't really anything necessarily concrete but I'm happy they're happy with it. Thank GOD!

I think you can delete my information from the spreadsheet, because I am finding out that I am already or still a PR only it is expired which is a shock , because I thought I simply lost that a LOT of years ago not meeting the residency obligations at all....
Never mind, so I have to go on my very own on a very unknown and frightening path with my case

Wow that is a surprise, well I'm hoping that you will get your PR renewed sooner than the time it takes for us to get ours. Your welcomed back anytime. Thank-you for all your contributions, and great advice that you gave us in this forum. Good-luck to you too, take care.

It seems like I could simply fly back and stay as long as I wish and after two years get my new PR card, so simple. The only thing stops me doing this are the kids, they cannot stay for more than 6 months... Soooooooo I have no idea yet what to do. i will need an immigration lawyer... ??? :

Well be positive about this, if you can fly to Canada and be with your husband, that's something great, regarding your kids, I had read about people that entered Canada as visitors and they stay more than six months asking for extensions while they cases are processed.

Another thing try to find out if you could be able to find a job there, so then you can help your husband a little bit with the money. I don't know maybe is not that easy, but you can check. I think if you can find the way of being together things would go easier for you guys.

Why don't you post some of you questions as a new topic, maybe someone there has been in the same situation, or maybe someone can give you advice about what to do about the kids .

Finally! an AOR

Unbelievable !

I just received my AOR! I was checking my e-mail every five minutes! And it just came in! I knew it is coming! Even in a weekend.
;D ;D ;D
My heart is knocking like crazy after so much of continues stress!

Now some people will blame me of being crazy “Look at this guy, he is so excited of the AOR”
But believe me people! It is a big relief. At least now I can tell that this application won’t get returned “God willing of course”

You are just an amazing group of people! I am confident that this period of waiting and stress will get us better bonded with our loved ones.
