That is for security. Security related details are always redacted in GCMS notes under section 15 of the Access to Information Act.
@legalfalcon
Okay thanks. Should I order cbsa notes to get more insight?
[/QUOTE]

What is the most recent note in your GCMS and when is it dated?

Only if it has been more than 2-3 months that your eligibility was conclusively passed, by an officer, should you consider CBSA.

Even before you request your CBSA notes, send a webform and ask for a status update, or call IRCC. Also, many applications currently are being put on hold, so there is no need to panic, and just use the available tools.

At the end, if your eligibility is passed, which is the most important stage, you need not worry and just wait it out.

I ordered my GCMS on 22nd August, 2020 and eligibility on page 2 shows its passed. Is it conclusively passed?

My file is at LVO and they don't respond, so should I call IRCC. Further, almost 6-7 people from org have immigrated to Canada and 4-5 went under security screening and got cleared like in 6-8 months on avg, without any ADR requirement being raised.

To see if your eligibility is conclusively passed, see the officer's notes in the last 3-5 pages.

Notes 1 & 2 are redacted and on the right hand corner S15(1) is written, Further note 4 is off case processing agent. Could it be that it's awaiting final review of an officer?

Are you referring to your application submitted with IRCC, or with Saskatchewan Province for provincial nomination?

It seems like that your eligibility was recommended passed based on the above note. This notes is reviewed by an officer who makes a final recommendation and then your eligibility is conclusively passed.

When is this note dated? and what is the date of your most recent note?

Okay great. These notes are dated 05/03/2020
Further Note 2 dates to 13/07/2020 and they are redacted. This was the date my background status got changed to we are processing your background check and Note-1 is dated 20/07/2020 and is redacted as well.

These both are redacted under s15(1).

S15(1) is usually used to redact security related activities. It seems, you will just have to wait. Have you tried sending a webform?

Yup seems like.
Raised one webform on 12th July and got this response after two months of LVO.

"Please be advised that due to ongoing restrictions in the United Kingdom relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, IRCC London is operating at significantly reduced capacity. Your application is awaiting review but we are unable to advise when this review will take place in the near term.

Please rest assured that we will contact you should anything additional be required. In view of the ongoing situation relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, no application in progress will be closed or refused due to a lack of documentation or inability to complete the application process in time, such as giving biometrics or completing an immigration medical exam, when unrestricted travel reopens.

We appreciate your patience at this time. Please continue to provide information on any changes to your mailing address, family composition or other details affecting your application".

Have raised one today to ask IRCC central for any update.

Keep me posted on when you hear back. Seem like the response to the July 12 was generic one.

So what is integrated search (FOSS/GCMS). Someone mentioned CRA, would our CRS accounts or profiles be checked as part of background check for inland applicants. How are address and work history verified for PNP since no documents are requested for them?

So am stillc confused about eligibility, background, security and criminal checks. I assume security and criminal are related. Am not sure what eligibility and background wouid refer to for paper PNP nominated applicant applying for PR. What exactly is checked- taxes, T4? Previous applications? Certificates or what? We were not asked for these documents in the application. Are notes and correspondences from previous scrutinized. Is this application linked online since it's a paper application?
