@legalfalcon Hi, I left out my training experience and part time work experiences (during my undergraduate - full time) in my PR application (PEQ). I called IRCC and they informed me that I have to include that in my application. They told me to wait till i get an official AOR and to resubmit the form through the webform. Should I go ahead and send them the information now (with my XEP), or should I wait for the official AOR?

This is regarding Schedule A - Background/Declaration

Hi @legalfalcon
Thanks for the support. I have quick question.
I recently received a job match email from job bank and when I try to login into my job seeker account, it just reload the same page. It is bit weird that I couldn't proceed further with signing into my account. How do I fix this?

Also, does job bank account status have a decision on PR application?

Hi @legalfalcon,

I am sorry to bother you.

I requested last GCM notes on Dec 10 was received last week. It apparently says my ELEGIBILITY " Review Required" and at the end of pages, the notes say that “Can’t verify the arranged employments.”But I checked in summary notes“Met” and “Ready to finalize “. Could you please advise me what’s meaning? What should I do?

I have a job offer with work permit till Dec 31, 2021, and my application was submitted in July 2020. It should be a valid job offer when I submitted.

Thank You in advance.

Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

The eligibility is done in stages, and the analyst makes notes, which are then verified by an officer who makes the final determination.

The note simply means that apart from the issued flagged the application is ready to be finalised. It is now upon the officer to make a final determination.

Job bank has nothing to do with your application.

If you missed something send it via webform. However, if you have not yet received an AOR, just wait until then so that your file is added to the system.

Hi @legalfalcon - I requested regular GCMS, I wasn't aware that the medical specific type exists. In the ones I received, the medical details section shows M5, but the call centre agent said that is automatic because of my answer to the stat question about health. I was told later a medical officer may send instructions, and the last agent discussion said she sees no evidence it has been sent, that there would be a Notes entry if that had happened. What's also weird is the Notes entry for eligibility-pass does include the manually entered statement of "Medical: Passed" by the officer. No agents can tell me definitively if that is an override of M5 or if it is a habitual mistaken entry as most medicals are passed by the time of eligibility-pass. When I was waiting for biometrics confirmation to close criminality, one agent suggested the medical discrepancy would be resolved one way or the other "the next time an officer picks up your file to close criminality". But when that pickup happened on dec 9th, no such clarification was provided. Only a notes entry that criminality is passed.

No need to be concerned, IRCC will make a determination before a decision is made on your application. If you want, you can request your medical file and that will help you know more.

Hello @legalfalcon
I was wondering if IRCC delays the COPR of the inland applicants with Non-accompanying outland dependant. If it is true for the outland dependent, is it also true for the Non-accompanying outland dependants?
Thanks.
It depends on a case by case basis. Inland applicants with outland dependents have received COPRs recently. search the forum.

Thank you so much for your reply! Could you please help me check the note “ Cannot verify the arranged employment “. I think it is about claiming 50 points. Do you think I have a valid job offer? It’s 18 months when I submitted my application. Thank you!

Hello @legalfalcon. I am an outland FSW applicant. On March 2020, I had passed medicals, criminality and info sharing, and on November 2020, I had passed the eligibility and security. I called IRCC yesterday and they looked at my file, They said that all the stages were passed, my file looks good, and I just have to wait for the officer's final decision letter. When I asked about what is the nature of the decision, they said that they are not allowed to say it to me. Only the officer could do that. She acknowledged that she received 3 days back my new e-Medical Information Sheet and she appreciated the proactive step that I did, since my current medicals are going to get expired in February 2021.

  1. On a previous IRCC call on last December 2020, I enquired about the status of my application and I was informed that my application was approved. Why do you think that they are not telling me this again? All what they say is that I just have to wait the final decision letter. Maybe that agent behind the line said something she wasn't supposed to say?
  2. Criminality was passed on March 2020, and Security was passed on November 2020. If that final decision letter took some more time to get issued, will they reassess my criminality and security once again? or once they are passed, they will remain passed till I get the final decision letter, no matter how long they take to issue me that decision letter?
  3. What about eligibility? Can it be reassessed once it was passed conclusively by an officer, due to the long waiting time?

Appreciate your usual help!!

On average security screening takes 110 days. However, if you are in comprehensive security screening it can take much longer.

1. When an application is approved, your medicals have to be valid. Since your meds expired, it had to be re-opened and after you submitted your meds again, they will be evaluated and after that a final decision will be made. This will not change the eligibility, criminality or security, but the passports and medicals have to be valid when the application is approved and also when you land.

2. No, see 1.

3. No, see 1.

Did you claim points for arranged employment?

thanks @legalfalcon, I'll give that a try. I looked in the ATIP options, should I request from Health Canada, or Public Health? or regular GCMS request to IRCC and say want medical info specifically in the request message?
