Hello
@legalfalcon. I am an outland FSW applicant. On March 2020, I had passed medicals, criminality and info sharing, and on November 2020, I had passed the eligibility and security. I called IRCC yesterday and they looked at my file, They said that all the stages were passed, my file looks good, and I just have to wait for the officer's final decision letter. When I asked about what is the nature of the decision, they said that they are not allowed to say it to me. Only the officer could do that. She acknowledged that she received 3 days back my new e-Medical Information Sheet and she appreciated the proactive step that I did, since my current medicals are going to get expired in February 2021.
- On a previous IRCC call on last December 2020, I enquired about the status of my application and I was informed that my application was approved. Why do you think that they are not telling me this again? All what they say is that I just have to wait the final decision letter. Maybe that agent behind the line said something she wasn't supposed to say?
- Criminality was passed on March 2020, and Security was passed on November 2020.
- What about eligibility? Can it be reassessed once it was passed conclusively by an officer, due to the long waiting time?
Appreciate your usual help!!
