Thank you sir for the reply!
I have not received nomination yet, i have just received an application number and im in queue for processing. So i was wondering if i can change the NOC code now to match with the NOC i have applied. My primary NOC in EE profile is different than the one i applied in NSNP but my job roles match.
Pls clarify sir.

You can change your NOC code after entering the pool. However, if you have applied for nomination to a province, you will have to have the same NOC in your EE application too.

-Thanks for the reply. It says security not started, but s.15(1) in top corner. I guess reading previous posts it means it is really not started... but the PS-SEC location... what is that? probably why the code is present

To answer your question I will need to see the note if you can share it here.

Thanks friend.

I wanna transfer the money in my FD from the current bank to another bank. If I do this, what types of documents that I need to give to prove that the deposit was held with another bank for more than 6 months.
Is it sufficient to just state it in the LOE? How about my renewal advices from the Bank which I received?
You can simply do it and in the LoE explain it and also attach the statement from the bank you are transferring it. Also attach the FD certificate and this will suffice.

thank you so much, by the current trend from London office, when can May 2017 applicant, expect PPR?

I do not enter into predictions as every application is different. What you need to be aware of is at what stage your application is at. If it has cleared R10, eligibility, Criminality, Medicals and security, you are on track to get the PPR soon.

You can read more on the stages of an application here - https://www.getgcms.com/blog/express-entry-application-processed/

@legalfalcon

May I know how to fill the travel history. Can you help me.

Suppose say, I leave from a country ABC on 1st Jan 2017 and land on country DEF 2nd Jan2017, leave from Country DEF on 5th Jan 2017 and return to Country ABC on 5th Jan 2017. So from date is 1st Jan 2017 To date is 5th Jan 2017?
What I need to mention under from and to date's?

Here all you have to do it keep things in a standardized form. If you are using the departure date, use it for all travel.

A gap of one day here and there will not matter. What matters is that you have accounted for all your travels and countries you have visited.

Date you left your country (From) - Date you arrived back in the country (To)

Or

Date you arrived in the destination country (From) - Date you left the destination country (To)

Just stick to one format.

In my passport , my last name is Raja

So why does it show (R)? Is it because you have a different name on your degrees?

If that is the case, no need to worry. You can just mention it in LoE. Also execute an affidavit to the effect that your name in the degree is xyzzy and you on oath affirm that it was awarded to you. This would suffice.

Hi Legalfalcon,

I applied under Express Entry FSW and received my AOR in 23 May and my medical has not passed yet.

I ordered a GCMS notes at the end of September and it does not show anything specific. According to the note, eligibility, criminality, security or medical is not started yet.

Could you please let me know if I can do anything to follow up?

Cheers

Are you a PNP?

Did you get your medical report from the panel physician. Were there any concerns? Also try to find when the medical report was transmitted by the physician to IRCC.

Yes, I did it through the panel physician and they confirmed that there is no concern. I will go back to them to see if I can find out when it was transmitted.

In my profile, it says "Your Action Required" but there is no further informaton and I called CIC twice and they confirmed that I don't need to do anything.

Is there anything else I can do?

Dear legalfalcon,

I had ordered my GCMS notes sometime back. I was going through the noticed and noticed something. Please advise if it would be a mistake at CIC's end or this is the usual norm.

So in the the Education segment, where my ECA details are shown, against 'Recognized Institution' it is mentioned as No. Whereas in my ECA report, WES mentioned that institute is recognized.

Wanted to check if it could be a mistake at CIC's end or this is how its written and I am inferring it incorrectly

Please advise.

Kind regards,

There is nothing to be concerned about. In some cases the medicals are delayed, or if any of the reports were abnormal, as in not correctly entered or at the numbers on the higher or lower side, Health Canada, can ask you to re-do a test.

However, at this stage I would not be too concerned about it. Just try and find out when your report was transmitted. Based on that you can figure whether it just a routine delay or something else.

Kind regards,
It definitely could be a mistake on the end of IRCC. However, you should see if you were given points for the education you have claimed. If you were awarded points, this is moot and immaterial.

The NA 2 and IP etc. are of no significance. The stages of an application are:
R10 (Completeness check)
Criminality
Medicals
Eligibility - The most important
Security

If you have crossed eligibility, you are on a solid track. However, see your notes and find if your A11.2 is recommended passed or passed. Because the eligibility takes place in two stages. First a case analyst will review your documents and make a recommendation. This can be recommended passed, review required etc. Then an IRCC officer will review it and this is when your eligibility is finally passed.

If your A11.2 is passed by the officer / agent, then you are on a good timeline and there is nothing to worry about.

You can read more on the stages here - https://www.getgcms.com/blog/express-entry-application-processed/

Thanks @ legalfalcon for reply
According to GCMS notes Medical and Criminality Passed .
A 11.2 Met
R 10 Passed
Its showing on the date 22nd August when file transfer to local visa office...Eligibility and Security not started . So how do i know my Eligibility is passed @ CIO. Does A 11.2 met signifies eligibility passed. Kindly share your views .
