No. I wanted to check main duties of that NOC. You may want to recheck if 'xx' covers most of the main duties.

Yes, I have checked that and it includes translation of written material A, B, C, D, E, F from Chinese to English as well as from English to Chinese.

Would that suffice? Thanks.

If most of the main duties of NOC 5125 match the job responsibilities mentioned in your reference letter, Yes.

Hi Asivad Anac,

I have two nominations from Ontario, one under "Non express entry - Skilled worker with job offer" categroy and other one under Express Entry. Based on my knowledge, Non Express Entry do NOT require much documents and also it will be done by employer. Express Entry need lot of documentation and i think it will be faster. I was in Canada for 5 years and completed max limit of ICT Work Permit and now in India.

I am not clear which one i need to apply. Your suggestion will help me to take right decision.

Hello Asivad Anac,

I got my PPR today and I submitted my passport. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart that you helped me a lot throughout the process and I appreciate that. Thank you so much again.

Appears to be comprehensive. As for POF, are you submitting 6 month statements or mentioning 6 months average balance? Either would suffice.

Dear Asivad Anac, with 482 points I am waiting for ITA confirmation mail. I am planning to apply for a new Passport as my current one will expire on next September2017. Is it ok to renew passport, take PCC against the new Passport and then apply? Or should I apply with the old passport (as it is mentioned in Express Entry profile) and then provide new passport info later through CEC if they want. Thanks :)

Recommend that you proceed with application submission for now. You can renew your passport early next year and inform IRCC accordingly.

The bank statement for main account is for 6 months but that does not have the entire amount. The bank certificates i have sent have the date of FD and maturity dates with amount. All of them are much opder than 6 months and not yet mature. Also in LOE i have given total of accounts mentioned in bank certificated which is more than required. Hope this suffice.
Being self employed since starting arranging and prooving hours etc was a challenge.... thank u for helping

Dear Asivad Anac,

I received my ITA today and I am filling the forms.

Could u pls help with the following questions? Thanks!

1. I turned 18 in 2007 in my final year at high school. Should I include my high school in the personal history and address history?

2. I would usually go back to my hometown for summer and winter vacations during high school and universities. Should I write home address during this period or should I just write school address? How about the summer vacation after high school graduation and BA graduation?

3. For travel history, should I write overlapping days? For example, I travelled from UK to Ireland on May 1st both as visitor. Should I write xx to April 30th in UK and May 1st to xx in Ireland, or should I write xx to May 1st in UK and May 1st to xx in Ireland.

4. I chose Toronto as the intended city of residence. Does that mean that I can only land in Toronto? Can I land to Montreal or Ottawa? Can I move to Montreal or Ottawa later?

5. The reference letter I got stated that I was intern translator during October 2012~March 2014 and assistant translator from April 2014 till now. What should I input in the Job Title sector for my work experience? The job duties of both match NOC 5125.

6. I got my MA in March, but Uni allowed us to stay in dorm till June, when I found and moved to an apartment. So my education history would be September 2011~March 2014, buy my address history associated with Uni would be September 2011~June 2014. Do I need to write a LOE for this?

Thanks a lot for ur help!

Hello Asivad Anac,
After a long wait for Ontario nomination, I was nominated and received ITA in the recent draw. Meanwhile, my current employer offered me a deputation to Germany for a year or so, and I am in the process of applying Work permit for Germany( also I cant deny the offer now), at the same time I don't want to loose my Canadian PR opportunity. Is it possible that I submit my application along with my medicals done here in India, and after 3 months when I will move to Germany, I update CIC and request them to change my VO. Does this affect my application processing. Also holding work permit of any other country affect my PR application.
Also , I was then planning to do a short landing in Canada afterwards and return back to Germany. Your feedback will be highly appreciated.
