So I am to going ahead with the OINP. Now since I have only CEC met should I just provide my current ongoing employment letters for work experience or even my foreign work experience which got me points. My score is 480 in which I got 50 for my foreign work experience and as per the EE profile I meet only CEC. What should I do?

I still recommend that you give OINP a miss. 480 is too high a score already and you'll be spending those 1500 CAD needlessly because you will get a 'regular' ITA in the next 1/2 draws , probably in November itself. And then you'd have to send a withdrawal application to OINP asking them to not cash the draft/cheque you sent them.

As for the question, as removing that foreign experience still gets you 400+ points, you can leave that out of the application and attach a short note explaining your rationale as well.

In addition on the OINP form I have this question:
3. Personal and Work History (Principal Applicant Only) *
Provide the details of your personal and work history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent. Start with the most
recent information. Under “Occupation”, write your occupation or job title if you were working. If you were not working, provide information on
what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, etc.). Attach supporting documentation for each employment entry
(reference letters, workbooks, etc.). Please ensure that you do not leave any gaps in time. Use a separate sheet if necessary.
Note: only relevant paid work experience will be assessed.


So for this step, should I still mention my foreign work history or just my Canadian current job as I meet only CEC? And since they say past ten years I need to mention everything I did in the last 10 years?

Provide all information in Personal history going back 10 years - it doesn't count towards the points so there is no document requirement here. Under Work history, you can choose to provide information about your Canadian experience alone.

I don't know you remember this or not; here is my case :

I created my profile with noc 2173 going by my job title which is Software engineer but later i found that going through job duties i fall into 2174-computer programmers; so i edited my application and applied for OINP nomination with NOC code 2174- computer programmers.

I discussed this with you at the time of submitting OINP appication; and i changed my NOC code in EE profile and jb bank too.

Difficult situation. If you have received your nomination with 2173, it means that your job duties are in line with 2173 NOC. Otherwise, they would not have given you a nomination.

Why do you see the need to change the NOC now?

yes! they have taken my smile today..haha!
and my duties match 2174; that's the first thing i confirmed.
even if they found it to be falling in 2173; they should have contacted me and enquired as they did in other cases.
But i feel they fetched data from EE profiles as it had 2173 as NOC.

Well.. That is unlikely to be the case.

I don't think you can change the NOC now because since you have already received an ITA, some details are not editable including your NOC.

I am not very sure what the next step should be but IMO, asking Ontario to change the NOC *might* not work. Never heard of such a case before so I am not able to recommend the best course of action!

Asivad might be able to advise you better on this one!

I am not sure if this wud help... on my case the nomination cert from OINP contains the NOC of my current occupation, while my primary occupation on my express entry was for my previous work. I submitted my profile as is though i am not sure which NOC they evaluated me in. I assumed they based it on the primary occupation i listed down since this is where the application shud be based on if im not mistaken.

1) They might upload it the same day. usually happens within 1 - 3 days .
2) No. Not possible. They will only give you a form that you have to upload as a part of the post-ITA documentation. The doctor is not obligated to tell you anything about the visa medical results. But if you have a serious medical condition, the doctor might inform you about that.

Thanks Asivad. I was exactly thinking the same that I might get an invite and I would have spent $1500 CAD and would have to also initiate a PNP cancellation if I get an ITA. This is still a chance though. What if the scores go higher, like it happened for the draw after elections, where scores went up from 450 to 489? Do you think that's a possibility?

IMO, anyone who has a CRS >450 has a good chance to get direct ITA! . Hang in there. You might get your ITA in a couple of draws.

I had 3 Usa visits but all less than 6 months so I m wondering if I m sent this by mistake

I saw that FBI never issue certificate within 30 days.

Why to apply for this certificate??

How do I proceed from here?

Do I send a CSE that the document requested is not needed for me.

How long is the PCC valid for? I got mine in July thinking I should be prepared in advance. Is it valid for only 6 months? In that case should I re-apply?
My PCC certificate has the date July 7th 2015. Is this alright?
