Hello all Question,
1. I have a scanned PCC for a country that I have not returned to after leaving.I do not have the original as it was submitted to my local VO office for a study permit. Will CIC require for the original to be shown at any time through out the process?

Hi, Asivad Anac! I have a few questions ... please advise ...

1) If a field in the online application is not applicable for you (for example you don't have UCI number), do you leave it blank or print N/A?
2) My country code consists only of one digit, and I can't save my phone number, because it says that country code must be 2 or 3 numbers. To add "+" or "0" before the number doesn't work, too. How can I solve it?
3) What date do you print in the field "Date of test result" (IELTS)? It is known that you may check your test results online 14 days after the IELTS exam. So, I put there "my exam date"+14 days. Is it correct?

Thank you in advance for your answers!

Previously, my wife's application for Study Permit(Canada) and my application for Open Work Permit(Canada) was refused. In addition to this, we have both been refused a tourist visa to the United States of America.

So now, by filling my online application for PR, I must choose answer YES for one/two of the Statutory Questions:

- Have you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
- Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Guys, how do you think ... On which of these questions should I answer YES? They are both sound very similar. Huh
P.S.: Thank you for you help! I appreciate it!

At 452, the temptation is always there to take a shot at PNs. But you can afford to relax especially if you aren't losing points while waiting for the next 2-3 months.

2 numbers appear to be driving EE - 1500 invites per draw & 450. CIC delays the draw to get a larger catchment and then applies the cutoff at any number equal to or above 450 which gives them 1500 applicants. With that logic, it is certainly possible that your turn will eventually arrive if you're anywhere near 450. But that is no reason to decline a PN. You do NOT have to stay in the province for 1000 days. PR is granted for the country and as a PR you are restricted by the same set of rules as any other citizen - the Canadian Constitution. And that guarantees PR and citizens freedom of mobility to work and reside anywhere across Canada. Each province can have their own conditions on the acceptance front - Ontario, for instance, allows you 30 days to accept the nomination failing which it lapses on its own.

I would recommend accepting the nomination as that guarantees an ITA in the next draw rather than thoping for the cutoff to fall to 450 levels.
+1
Thank you Asivad Anac. I shall accept the PN. :)

You'll need to provide more documents.

Check 'Proof of relationship...' here ---> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp
Hello Asivad,

Thank you, but there is two questions in checklist.

1. Family member Proof of Status
2. Proof of Relationship

in 2nd question can we just upload my mother's marriage certificate and also my maternal aunt's birth certificate along with my Family Registration Certificate in which my name and my mother's name is mentioned? OR wha other documents I can provide in this upload section? because, I explore the link you mentioned earlier but I couldn't understand properly, My maternal aunt's passport, citizenship card, Utility bills, and Property papers must be uploaded in 1st mentioned question (Family status proof of status)..? am I right?

Proof is status would be PR card, canadian passport copy further supported by utility bills etc.

Proof of relationship should be a document that shows your relationship with that person. A birth certificate showing common parents supported by passport copy showing your relationship. Its just the matter of completing that zigsaw puzzle.

You can use that scanned document. Hard copies aren't needed in EE.

Hello Asivad,

So I am to going ahead with the OINP. Now since I have only CEC met should I just provide my current ongoing employment letters for work experience or even my foreign work experience which got me points. My score is 480 in which I got 50 for my foreign work experience and as per the EE profile I meet only CEC. What should I do?

Thanks again!

In addition on the OINP form I have this question:
3. Personal and Work History (Principal Applicant Only) *
Provide the details of your personal and work history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent. Start with the most
recent information. Under “Occupation”, write your occupation or job title if you were working. If you were not working, provide information on
what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, etc.). Attach supporting documentation for each employment entry
(reference letters, workbooks, etc.). Please ensure that you do not leave any gaps in time. Use a separate sheet if necessary.
Note: only relevant paid work experience will be assessed.

So for this step, should I still mention my foreign work history or just my Canadian current job as I meet only CEC? And since they say past ten years I need to mention everything I did in the last 10 years?

Leave the field blank if it isn't applicable in your case. 'Date of test result' is printed on the TRF - check the bottom half of the page.

Hi Asivad!
Upon checking on my ecas I noticed that my home address is not mine. The street number is okay but the province is Alberta, it should be
British Columbia. Is it okay to just edit it or do I have to call cic?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Asivad,

This is regarding LOE for Employement reference letter for Ontario PNP .
I have worked in two companies prior to my current employment , my first employer an Indian MNC and my current employer a Major Bank have refused to provide me reference letter with Job responsibilities stating that its against their Policy but i managed to get the reference letter from my second employer.

1st emplyer -> refused reference letter
2nd emplyed -> received reference letter
current employer -> refused reference letter .

Please suggest whether i should write one LOE for my first and current employement or i should write separate LOE for the the corresponding employment .

Please also suggest what documents i should attach along with LOE .

Thanks
