This is for people looking for information on Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream and French Speaking worker's stream. I hope someone will find this post useful and Asivad won't mind .

THIS IS FOR ALL EE APPLICANTS WHO HAVE RECEIVED A PT FROM ONTARIO.​

Please be advised that each one of you who has got a PT AND who have already/are going to submit a COMPLETE application package within the 45 day mark from the date of PT (Human Capital priorities Stream AND Fresh Speaking Workers Stream) WILL HAVE YOUR APPLICATIONS PROCESSED, NO MATTER HOW LONG THE DELAY IS..

All your applications will be processed. The only reason they will return your application is when you have sent in an incomplete application. THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF CAP.

The news from OINP office is that people who have submitted their applications before September 15, 2015 will have their applications processed this year. Applications submitted after that will be processed in 2016. Nonetheless, the applications will be processed.

If i changed this to Purchasing engineer ( 1225 ) , then how do i answer the question of the date of being qualified for this job ? do i base this on the day of my graduation even i was graduated as an electrical engineer ??

Currently i put my noc is 2133 and the date of qualification is my graduation date

Doesn't matter - just mention date of graduation.

Dear Asivad. I have a question for you.

I am presently in Canada and have applied for the express entry in november. When I came from India I got a PCC (dated 27/03/2015) from the local passport office. Do I need to get a new one for India? considering that it has been obtained over six months before i made the express entry application? I believe that the PCC is valid for a year.

Kindly advise.

Your Indian PCC is valid till you go back and live in India for 6 months or more in a row. You don't need to get a fresh PCC now.

Dear Asivad,

Firstly Congratulations on the PPR, thats great news!

This question might sound repititive, but i wanted to know how does one get an OINP email for nomination.

My NOC is 0124 and i cover all their basic requirements, but still no word from them. I read on this forum that if you withdraw and re submit the EE profile, some times it works but i am not very sure about this so wanted your opinion.

Unfortunately, there is nothing else you can do to influence this further. Recreating the profile was very useful in the early days because Ontario could only consider profiles created after June 1st 2015. You may still want to do that once though to see if that triggers anything but that's no longer a certainty especially for those applicants who created their profile after 1st June. Personally, I know someone who created their profile in Jan, recreated it in early Nov and were rewarded with a PN almost immediately afterwards (NOC 2171 and CRS 420ish).

I don't think this is possible. If you have a single degree, you cannot get an ECA for 2 credentials.

Dear Asivad,

I was able to access ECAS since I received my AOR in October. My status was in process for the last 4 weeks. Today I was able to access too, however, there was no status at all, just my information and my address. The status link which was "In process" disappeared?

What does this mean?

Many members have posted that ECAS access seems to have been revoked or made unavailable for some reasons. Could be a system maintenance issue - nothing to worry about.

Please guide me with my situation I got ITA in 19th draw- Ontario Nominee candidate

I am Indian Citizen with my residence & bank funds in India, but right now I am in Australia on a 2month Vacation- Visitor/Tourism and I will return to India in Jan 2016, with limited time in hand I need to apply while I am on vacation

1) with limited time in hand I have to undergo medicals- Can I do my medicals in Australia instead of India?

2) What address shall I give in my application? India address (or) temporary Australia address?

3) Do I need a PCC in Australia, I am here only for 2 months, as I am applying while I am on vacation

4) When I return back to India in Jan 2016, do I need to notify CIC? How?

5) My IELTS is expiring on Dec 22, I have new better IELTS score, I already recieved ITA, is it safe to update my new IELTS score in my Express Entry Profile? Or shall I only scan my updated IELTS with my educational docs? Will this lead to expire my Express Entry profile on Dec 22?

6) What is Schedule 4/4A about? Where can I find it? I am a provincial nominee candidate, which form shall I complete? Shall I attach it in my LOE?

Some people say that we must scan all pages of the Passport, others argue that it is enough to scan first page with photo plus all pages where you have any visas and/or stamps. ???

I found that we must scan ONLY bio data page!
"You must provide a clear, legible copy of your valid passport or travel document bio data page. " - information from MyCIC cabinet
"A clear and legible copy of the biographical data page of a passport or travel document must be provided." - information from this website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

What do you think about it? Which way is the best and the most reliable?

Yes.

India address.

No.

Nothing to explain. You've given your India address and Travel history will indicate the Australia vacation.

Don't update anything, provide your older score. Submit your documents by Dec 21st (with an extra day just to be safe). Your profile won't expire if you submit your application before 12/22.

Not needed upfront. If CIC needs those from you, they'll send you a request.

Marriage certificate isn't sufficient documentation, in itself, to be a valid 'legal' change of name document. If you have legally changed your name after marriage, you would already have the required documentation and you can submit that. If all you did was adopt your husband's surname for certain documents while on other documents you continue to retain your maiden surname, that might work in certain countries but it wouldn't work in Canada. You'll have to either get your name legally changed as per the policies in force in your country (this would require you to get your name changed on each of your documents so that you will end up with a revised set of documents, all of which will be in your new name) or get a notarized affidavit prepared which declares that it is the same person with multiple names appearing across various documents and proves this by attaching those documents as reference (these documents would naturally include marriage certificate, passport, birth certificate etc).

CIC asks just for the bio pages of valid passport or travel document (if you don't have a valid passport for some reason).

I submitted my application on 14th oct and got PPR on 26 oct. I am Outland candidate.
Got my copr and passport last week.

Can someone or Asivad please tell me about funds what I should carry at canada entry . I kno it's about 13 K dollars but still what's the best way if I don't wanna take that much money with me, as I'll not require it there. If required my parents can send me money later.
