Assuming all of that was in India, just 1 row for the entirety of that employment.

Asivad thanks for helping out everyone Brother. I dont have any requests but seeing you spreading hopes feels awesome. I am new and dont know how to +1 but as soon as i figure that out will +1 u. Thanks again

Hi Asivad,

I am preparing to submit eAPR and need your help in following.

My Son born in Toronto, Ontario on 7th April,2016 who is Canadian by birth. Do I need to include him in the eAPR application? If I include, Do I need to pay the fee him?

I have two childs(one Canada born and other India born). Do I need to get medicals for both of the childs?

I have experience letter with roles and responsibilities which I submitted to OINP which was issued in July,2016 and continuing the same job.
Can I use the experience letter along with new payslips or need new letter?

I got the ITA invitation under Ontario PNP but did not receive the nomination letter email yet from OINP but all the details are updated in CIC account. In check list, it looks like need to upload the nomination letter. Is this document mandatory?

I was there in Canada for 5 years until 27th May, 2016 and now in India. Do I need to get the RCMP other than India PCC?

In advance, thank you very much for your help.

Hi.. I have related question but not for eAPR, but while filing express entry profile. My 6 year work experience spans across 4 cities (3 Indian cities + 1 overseas) in single company. Out of 3 Indian cities (say x,y,z), the I worked in the x city for 2-3 months (some internal training), y city for around 2 years and z city for 2 years. After that the employment is in the only overseas city. Do I need to fill every city while filling my EE profile? I have had different designations in different cities and same designations shared across cities too. I am certain that I need to split the work experience across countries, but just wanted to know within India. If I just provide one designation and city for India, the 10 year address history that one needs to fill post ITA might contradict with my work experience locations. I am not sure if filling more cities would create proof of document burden by any ways. If there is an option to keep something less, I feel it would be better to do that. What's the right way to go?

Yes, all these experiences were within India.

Thanks

Add an extra line item only when there is a change in either the NOC or Country of employment.

Hello Asivad,
I am applying for spousal open work permit. I am residing at Ontario province. I came to India for a short Christmas vacation (2 weeks).

Can I apply for spousal open work permit outside of Canada?

Thank you for the suggestion Asivad will surely do that.

In case i choose to keep the job 2141 in the work history i need provide all the supporting documents in the upload section as employment 2 record. and as explained above IRCCoffice might reject this job due to NOC/duty mismatch . Will it create a PR rejection issue later given my primary NOC is ok (2132 now).

Second is there any time frame they count the years of experience under FSW criteria as 2132 job was completed 5 years ago?

Thank you

Asivad Anac,

Well, are you sure that the primary NOC can be changed after nomination? I'm asking this because the NOC under which the application was assessed is mentioned on the nomination certificate.

Also, in the GCMS notes, the NOC under which the PN application was assessed is recorded AFAIK.

To add another twist to this situation

My nomination letter states " Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer 2132"

Which is wrong 2132 is for Mechanical Engineer (which i want to select for PR application) for Industrial and Manufacturing Engineer its is 2141.

also i checked my nomination application the only place they ask for NOC is under question "in what occupation do you intent to work in Ontario" i answered 2141.

I based that on the understanding that OINP isn't NOC restricted so any eligible NOC should be fine for use as Primary NOC (that's how it works in your PR application). I'm open to feedback and correction.

Going by what rajkamalmohanram said above, you must use 2132 as your Primary NOC. As a happy coincidence, that's exactly what you wanted to do.

Thank you Asivad and Raj!

the error on the nomination cert might work in my favour in this case.

Raj.... is there any way i can get the info for gsmc regarding what NOC is listed in my nomination? ( i have not submitted my PR application yet)
