I want to apply for supervisa for my parents but I just got my permanent residency now. Do I need to wait for one year to apply. Or can I apply now?
please help

If you qualify (you have three years of tax returns etc), you can apply immediately.

Just wanted to clarify that you don’t need 3 tax returned for supervisa that’s PGP. Hard to say if you will be approved right after PR. CIC doesn’t want people to feel that as a PR your parents can live with you. Some treat supervisa as a permanent move while it is just for a longer term visit. Definitely would apply if you meet LICO.
