Guys need some help and advice:

Is it possible to apply for Parents Supervisa from home country (or online) and then submit the passports in US while visiting?

Or is it possible to apply for the Supervisa while you are visiting US for few months?

what could be the affect of doing the above on application result? if any.

Guys a question came to my mind last night regarding Low Income Cut-Off
The minimum necessary income for one person is $24,328, my 2015 income was around 12,000 $ since i landed on July 2015. Now my question is that I submitted NOA and T4 form of 2015 along with my current employment letter, pay stubs, and bank statements. My income for 2016 is more than $ 24,000. Is it going to effect my father application?

Hi Folks

Bio metrics are done at Karachi for Parents in Law. What will be next step do I need to upload confirmation letter on CIC Account ?

Thanks

Next step is passing a Medical Examination. Wait for the email for the medical request. Good luck.

Hi to all, I wish to ask regarding form schedule 1, imm5257b.

I am filling super visa forms for my father, he visited Canada 19 years back, is he required to file schedule 1 form, because the information brochure imm5853e (Abu Dhabi visa office applicable to Pakistan also) says on page no 2 " If you answered yes to any of the background information questions on the application form , provide a completed and signed schedule 1 form"

Seniors please advise, is he required to file schedule 1

Thanks in advance

Hi Guys,

I have question.

I am a Canadian PR landed on September 2015 and started working since January 2016 at annual income of 50000CAD. I still do not have any T4 form for year 2016 as I started to work from Jan 2016. Do you guys think I can apply for super visa for my mother just by submitting the employer's letter and my latest pay stubs? What other documents I should provide in related to be qualified as for my income proof?

Kindly advise me.

Thank you!!

Hello. My profile is similar to yours. So i would suggest you to go for it and apply for SP for your parents. Upload employment letter, latest pay stubs, your bank statement and show as much as home ties for your parents as possible.

Hi,
My situation is quite similar too. Arrived in Dec 2015 and started working in March 2016. However, not very sure how to show home ties of my parents as they are most of the time in Dubai and at times in Pakistan. My dad is retired and at times he's in Dubai with my brother. Any idea?

my father gave his Biometric on December 6th, does anybody know how long will it take to issue medical request after bio metric?
