hey scylla... I have the same question.. I have already purchased a one way ticket for my mom and mother-in-law with Super Visa, but read in one of the older forum discussions that some airlines ask for return ticket as well and don't allow them to board the flight if they don't have one. Have you heard about this or is it just a myth?
Not a myth - happens all of the time for regular visitor visas. Super visas are different. You can have a one way.

Hi dear, what happened did your parents came with one way tickets? How long visa they received at the airport?
If your parents are coming traveling on a Super Visa (which is a temporary resident permit) it allows stay for up to 2 years in Canada per visit. It is valid for up to 10 years.
