Super Visa in covid times

Hi,

Has any one applied for super visa for their parents lately ? Have they received any response yet. I want to apply for my parent and want to know if there is any response from IRC. Also when I am applying for my parents super visa, is it necessary to give a confirm flight ticket ? In these Covid times my parents would just come in my city wont visits any other cities until the covid situation settles.

Any insight would be highly appriciated.

Supervisas are still being processed. Depending where you live it can take many months. Your income is factored in.

I just heard from some insurance agent that the applications are being responded by IRC in 25 days as well. I would assume that this is too good to be true. Whos income is factored in if both husband and wife both are sponsoring the parent ?

Also if any one can shed a light on submitting an itinerary or flight ticket, that would be very helpful.

25 days...where do your parents live? You count your income for everyone you are responsible for. If your parents, you sign and your spouse’s income can count. You are not sponsoring. This is a visitor visa but for longer period of time. For flight, all you need is a screenshot of potential flights.

Yeah , seems insurance agent was telling a story too good to be true. I had checked the processing time here before. I just wanted to check what other are experiencing

We have seen others been processed faster. Likely somewhere in the middle.
