Does the income requirement for the Supervisa consider the family income or just the sponsor's income? My wife is eligible to sponsor her mom but only if my income is considered do we meet the income requirement. I am not sure how the income requirement is considered to be met for a supervisa. If it is family income then do I also include my NOA, T4 etc. to prove that we as a couple meet the income requirement?

Both spouses' NOA = household income to meet LICO requirement. Your wife (the sponsor) is the person who invites her mom while yourself being the co-sponsor. There's no harm for you to sign next to your wife's in the invitation letter.
I don't understand the form: Consent for an Access to Information and Personal Information Request (IMM 5744). Is the designated person the sponsor's information? What is meant by the related individual's information? I am assuming that this form is to authorize the IRCC to release information about the applicant to the sponsor but I don't understand what information is required for the related individual. I am also unclear about what is meant by a designated person.
