Super Visa December 2024 Only

Hi Everyone,

I have applied super visa for my parents on dec 17 and still no improvement in application except biometrics and its update . Waiting for medical request . How long it will take ? My delivery due date is on beginning of May and I wish to bring my parents on that time . And they have visitor visa already which is going to expire soon .
So ,
1. Can they travel with visitors visa which is on old passport ?They got new passport for current super visa process
2. Is there any way to contact ircc on the supervisa file progress ?
Please help me

1. They can travel on TRV.
2. Where did they apply from because has not even been 8 weeks.

Hi all,
Congrats to all those Dec applicants who already got their PPR!
I wonder if anyone has any idea about why July applicants in particular are still waiting without any update. I had applied for my dad in July and the last update in his profile is from Oct 24, 2024 and the profile hasn't ben touched since then. :( It's really frustrating. I'd appreciate any insight you may have. My dad had never applied for visa to Canada before.
