I think, its just the confirmation letter for biometric in case you need any biometric further in future, you can still use this letter to show the proof and validity

Hi all,

just received a rejection for my parents supervisa and the reason is the medical insurance documents are encrypted. I gave them the password details in a separate letter but they still rejected the applications. Is there any way I can get in touch with IRCC to remedy this or should I just resubmit new applications for both?

I think it’s fine as supervisa comes under Trv visa
I also have same status
So it should be fine

I am applying supervisa for my parents and have doubt. I would appreciate if you could help:

1. Where do I upload host’s proof of citizenship ie me ? There is no option to upload my passport in application.

2. should I select yes when it asks if anyone else is also supporting you financially?

3. should I upload finance documents from my parents too?

Hey, I applied from the new portal and when I clicked on "yes" for a question Did you apply to come to Canada before opened up a comment section asking for more details.
