Same except the Medical Insurance for Super Visa, you have to answer the questionnaire correctly for Super Visa, I know a common mistake is the relation of the applicant to the relative in Canada, the child/grandchild is in Canada not the parents.

omg!

thankyou so much!

I did this last time and it was refused :(

Why it was refused?

no social ties visa officer not satisfied you will return to the country of origin

So you applied for TRV not SV before? No medical insurance?

I meant to apply super visa but since I selected granparent/parent

I clubbed the SV insurance with airline ticket and uploaded under purpose of travel section. I believe they considered my application for TRV only.

What was the duration of the trip? You don't need airline ticket submitted with the app.

2 months ticket.

With invitation letter? IDK if you could contact them and say that you meant to apply for SV not TRV, anyway if you apply again make sure that the purpose of travel in the application form is Super Visa not tourist. The invitation letter should state the duration of 6 months to 2 years depends what you want, submit your NOA that meets the LICO, medical insurance, passport, birth certificates, pr card or citizenship cert.

yes i included all of that

i dont think i can ask them to review once they have made the decision - i tried few years ago and they just replied to apply again.

It could be the duration of the trip too that CIC thought it's regular & not SV, choose at least 6 months, and it's clearly stated in the invitation letter the dates from xx to xx, you don't need airline ticket as the process could take months before it gets approved because of the medical test, and don't worry if the dates on the invitation letter has passed, as the officer at the airport could stamp it up to 2 years of stay.

So, i want to apply for my mum visitors visa.
The online procedure ask for digital signature once we upload all the documents and submit it.
So since i am applying on my mum s behalf, how does it go? I mean do i have to get the digital signatures from my mother. Like i have to provide her login id and ow so she could sign the application after i complete it fully.
I hope someone can answer this plz.

The main application form doesn’t need to be signed by the applicant, the other forms like family info, etc needs to be signed and then you scan and upload.
