Super Visa - anyone applied as yet?

Try 6 months, if 2 months, cic might think it's not a super visa app, you can always shorten the stay, no one can stop you from leaving.
Just remember the medical insurance is for 1 year, talk to the insurer if you plan on leaving early to refund the remaining months premium.

I didn’t show any bank statements for my mom. I only submitted NOA.

I m going to apply for mother’s supervisa. We do meet the LICO requirement. And my mother has around 12000$ in her bank account. My husband works so he is the co signer. The problem is that our bank is always in overdraft... so what should I do now? Please help..

Applied for my mom (super visa). Visa was refused as I forgot to mention family composition in the invitation letter and notice of tax assessment. I want to reapply. Here is the scenario:
1. My notice of assessment says my income from 2016 where it is very low and does not meet the LICO. My current salary meets the LICO. Will it still be a reason to refuse although I included my job letter and salary slips?
2. When the LICO says family size 3 persons, does this include my mother. Like in my case we are 3 persons (Me, my wife and my son). So, do I fall in the category of 3 persons or 4 persons (me, my wife, my son and my mom)?

Appreciate your help in advance.

1. What's your estimate for 2017 income? can you wait til you get the 2017NOA? and then submit the job letter and latest payslip.

You don't need anything notarized
Edit: the only document I know that needs to be notarized is the common-law form something
If you read the guide & checklist, you will find all the documents you needed to submit

one more doubt, Where can I upload my passport copy as online supervise application does not have any field/option to upload sponsor’s passport copy.
Should I make one pdf file of invitation letter and my passport copy and attach at invitation letter place ?

^Yeah attached it with the invitation letter, also the PR card or citizenship certificate for identification purposes.

1. so i got the scanned photo of my mother for trv to be uploaded into the online profile. the specs meets the physical photo requirement, 35mm x 45 mm white background and all that. how do i confirm the digital requirements?
2. my mom has some regular income saving certificates, in native language. what do i have to show to cic that she is financially self sufficient. also she gets monthly pension.

My birth certificate is in native language, I got it translated and notarized. Does I also needs to submit copy of native language birth certificate, and is it also needs to be notarized ?

Translation need to be notarized.
If you are submitting online just scan thw original borth certificate, if submitting a photocopy by hand, get it notarized too.

Does “purpose of travel “ letter needs to be notarized as well

Please note I have two written letters, 1) invitation letter written by me and notarized; 2) purpose of travel letter written by my parents .... does purpose of travel letters also needs to be notarized from india ??.. I am applying supervisa online ...
