Can you please confirm if I need to write explanation letter and provide them supporting document as explain in explanation letter if first time visa got rejected in Visitor Visa category but now we are applying in Super Visa category.

My dad got rejection in July 16 and now I am applying Super Visa.

Also, which bank balance amount should we enter in visa application form. Is it only my Dad bank balance or it should include my bank balance as well.

I never applied online, so don't know exactly where to attach supporting docs. You can attach them with Invitation Letter I believe.

Re: Funds, it should be your father's bank balance (liquid funds).

Applied for super visa for my mom on 9 Feb paper application.Linked the application today and it shows this online:

Application/profile status Open
Review of medical results We need your medical information
Review of submitted documents
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
Review of biometric information Not needed at this time
Final decision Not Started Help

For review of medical results - we need your medical information, what does this mean medical request?

Have not received any email about medical request or any forms for medical request.

I applied for my parents supervisa on 3rd Jan 2017. The application was filed online electronically by me from Canada as I am their authorized representative.

They got the request for medicals on 8th Feb and they have scheduled to complete the medicals on 15th Feb 2017 at Bangalore. Typically how much longer will it take to complete the Supervisa application since medical request. I have already booked their tickets from March 23rd from Bangalore to Canada. Hope they receive by then.
Else I will have to file another application for temporary resident visa online. That will not take as long as super visa. Can someone please suggest me timeline for supervisa processing by New Delhi Visa Processing Center. Any help would be much appreciated.

Could you please let me know the application processing time. If its gonna take too longer, then I might have to apply for a TRV.

It depends on case to case basis. Here are my parents details from New Delhi
Application delivered September 27 2016 with medical
October 12 further tests required for mother medical.
27 test was done and clear
February 13 2017 visas granted

Online processing time says 41 days

Hopefully your parents gets visas before their travel plan.

I have just sent an email to CIC New Delhi Office. I sent one email on 15th Jan - No Response. I just sent one now.

I thought I will wait for a week else I have to unnecessarily apply for TRV online. Thats will be usually done in 12 days. Processing time for supervisa at New Delhi Office says 58 days. 58 days from Jan 3 will be somewhere between Mar 4-March 10 after the medical report submission time.

Really hoping that they get before that.

Applied on 9 Feb and received medical request on 20 Feb for my mom.

My question is my mom has had a few medical conditions/surgeries in the past and she has diabetes currently. Does she have to take her medical reports from the past and her recent blood test report for diabetes. Since my mom has had surgery for cancer in the past, I am worried would it be a problem to pass medicals.?

I got all the papers ready, but i have a question, hope you can help me, so in the online cic website, I have option to upload supporting documents for my dad like proof of financial support and invitation letter,etc. and for my mom i have option to upload just the application and letter of explanation. I don't have way to upload my mom's supporting documents like bank statements, other proof's. How did u overcome this?? Did you combined mom and Dad's document's together ??

Yes you just need to show combined. If your dad is primary applicant then under his you can combine for both

Thanks alot that helped, so i will combine my mom and dad's document together and i will upload it. Also where do i upload my documents like Copy of PR card , pay stubs and notice of assessment, will it be in the next page after paying the fee??
