Can you please help with this "Letter of support to local MP "....can you send the format or what kind of support from local MP is needed.........................so that i can request the same....
My situation is pretty bad....July 1 2021 (with biometrics)1st application ....nothing after that.................ill try this method from my Local MP..

Just contact your local MP, and they might provide you letter (its depend on MP office). If they do, they have format you don't need to do anything. They can do inquiry too on application status.

I am not 100% sure if that MP letter or inquiry helped or 2nd application, but no harm at all to do that.

Contacted my MP.. 35 days ago....still no update or news from him either.... hopefully something will come up...

Hi Everyone,

I have applied for my mother's super visa application on Nov 26 from Gujarat, India. Biometrics completed on Dec 16. Recently, I have received an update on Feb 15 saying medicals passed. How long does it take after that to receive PPR? Also, how does one know which visa office is processing the application? To generate a web form, it is asking for a visa office, and not sure which one is looking into her file.

Any help would be appreciated.

Finally, got PP back for parents super visa

1st Application – April 2021 (Gckey)
Biometrics – July 2021
Medical – Sep-Oct 2021 (follow-up medical to check TB in detail)

After that nothing..........for months...

Contact local MP – Jan 10th, 2022
2nd Application – Jan 20, 2022 (new portal)
Asked for Letter of support to local MP and uploaded via web form on Feb 1st
PPR request and medical pass on Feb 6
PP submit – Feb 8
received at Delhi – Feb 15
dispatched from Delhi – Feb 22
received back – Feb 25

If you are waiting for long, I will suggest reapply or contact local MP so see if they can help.

Steps after receiving Ppr
1)Raise a webform for payment
Link:https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS/

2)Wait for Payment Link.


3)After receiving payment link please do payment for the pickup within 5 hours as the link is valid for 5 hours only.


4)After successful payment send them the confirmation by sending the receipt. *NOT REQUIRED*


5)After this you will receive Awb number.


6)In this mail you will receive Consent Form and Courier
Form.

7)After this purchase an A4 size envelope and take a print of all this documents and keep the envelope ready.

Documents List:
a)Passport
b)Passport Request Letter
c)Courier Form
d)Consent Form

8)Write
To,
The Visa Officer
Vfs Global Canada
On the envelope

9) Keep your parcel ready.

10) After that you will receive mails from the Vfs regarding stamping and all.

11) You will receive another Awb for second way courier.

12)Awb will be trackable after 10-12 hours.

13) After passport stamping your gckey status will be updated and your elegibility and final decision will have dates.

14)After this you will receive Port Of Entry Letter ( Poe Letter) in your Gckey in the name of Correspondence Letter.


15)After this wait for your passport to get Delivered.

Hi there,
Can we able to apply for supervisa directly for Canada for the parents who has not travelled to Canada neither have Canadian visitor visa(6 months)?

Yes, it shouldn't be a problem. It was the same with my parents but their visa has been approved. They did have a valid US visitor visa though, the details of which were provided in their super visa application. So I'm not sure if that made a difference.

Just want to have an advise if anyone here has similar experience. I applied for my Mom's Super Visa last month, and I didn't expect that the IRCC will request a medical examination for her quickly. So my Mom just got a major surgery last week, and thankfully, it was a successful operation currently recuperating from it. I am just wondering if this will affect her medical examination? Any one has similar experience?

Hi Guys, I applied for my father's supervisa on 2nd Dec 2021 through GC key login. The medical exam status was changed to pass on Jan 17th. Waiting for passport request, However no response till now. Have sent a couple of webforms asking for status but got back prepopulated responses.
How long should I wait before I re-apply through the new IRCC portal? Does the new IRCC portal help expedite as his both his biometrics and medicals have been completed in this application?

Oh okay… No notification .. But keeping checking the REVIEW OF MEDICAL status. It will change to “ You passed the medical exam with date” once they complete

If you did post their request it gets reflected within 7 days... If it was upfront it takes months,. In my case my father and mother did upfront on 30Sep2021. Fathers was updated within 2 weeks , till date my mothers no status at all..
